Nicky Rod, widely known as the Black Belt Slayer, hail’s from New Jersey, the land of pizza & biceps. He is a two time ADCC silver medalist, an EBI absolute world champion, as well as the world's most beautiful grappler.
Ethan Crelinsten, clearly the most intelligent and most good looking of the the three Simple Men, is a two time ADCC trials winner, as well as placing 1st in thousands of other tournaments. His grappling prowess goes far beyond what Nicky rod and Damien hope to acquire. As you listen to the podcast, pay most attention to Ethan as he will most likely be saying the coolest shit.
Damien Anderson is an ADCC Trials Bronze Medalist with multiple wins over multiple black belt world champions. Currently ranked 8th in the world at 145lbs and 9th at 155lbs. Also has ownership rights of Ethan Crelinsten

    • we know if yall did you would have to bring tranquilizers for jay rod cause he’s gonna spaz out.     • Heath died from opiates and benzos. Not cocaine. He combined 2 opiates, Hydrocodone and oxy with 2 different benzos. Super bad idea because both drugs slow your breathing. Benzos make opiates work way stronger.

  • To provide some real answers to Craig's mythical strength: I believe Craig offers truths amongst his jokes. - It is fact that up to 65% of grip strength is genetically determined. - Bodyweight Plyometric exercises and stretching, does strengthen tendons - I believe Craig has strong tendons which helps him to be strong relative to his size, strong in all positions, and to have robust joints. - One maximal strength exercise per day would also check out as true. Low rep high load exercises also provide great strength over size returns, whilst suiting his self admitted laziness - it's a lot easier to train this way than high output physically demanding hypertrophy or HIIT style workouts. Based on his developed hamstrings, back and forearms yet lack of chest and quads, I would venture to say that Craig primarily favours deadlifts for this exercise. - Personally I think the rings are a great addition to this style of training

Folks with delayed phase sleep disorder don't align with the night and day sleep cycles in the same way. Kids these days are going to bed with their phones from the start of their teenage years and even that alone is having a major impact on when they produce melatonin and causes rem sleep to happen later.

You don’t just randomly develop gyno which is why most people jump to the conclusions. Your E2 levels have to be through the roof. That’s why I said lipomas, if it ain’t sore then it’s probably that.
