We got to take a very fast spin in the Tesla Model S Plaid. It accelerates 0-60mph in under 2 seconds, and it accelerates faster than a fighter jet! With some of the coolest tech features we've seen coupled with the fastest acceleration we've ever experienced, the Tesla Model S Plaid is incredible! Let us know what you think in the comments.

    • This car is too slow. The Czinger 21C is a gas/petrol car and it does 1.9 seconds. Aspark Owl only 1.6 seconds. The host in the video has no idea what he’s saying. Considering how long ago Tesla was founded (not by Elon Musk by the way), you’d think Tesla could do better than just 1.9 seconds by now.

    • @@infiniterer287 you mean those race tracks that has long straights and easy corners and less than 5 miles long that served as the plaid’s advantage? The plaid even lost badly around long tracks like the Nurburgring getting 87th place among all production cars.

  • I have been fortunate to be driving the Plaid since October and man I still smile every time I get into my car. It is black with the pdf matte cover/ white interior...very hot. Until you drive your self you don't realize that it's not an experience you get used to, every time you floor the go pedal you are blown away, but before you do it is important to tell your passengers to put their heads back on the seat or the car will do it and will hurt when you accelerate. Seriously, you can offer me any car in the world and I would say NO if I had to give up Roxanne (my model S Plaid). I love this car.

  • Back in 2020 I had a Model S P100D, and then I thought the acceleration is nuts like a LIM Coaster but when I look at the plaid it must be even more insane. :) So therefore the cars gets sold and the Plaid gets in :)

  • 1st time I'll say this-your channel was very fast on new cars, but guys... you kinda late with this car, I know a blogger in Moscow-he bought one ≈8 or even 9 month ago.It was first on Europe continent.Then they did a drug race between 3 bloggers: Plaid vs Ferrari SF90 and Lamborghini Huracane but that was upgraded to 1000Hp.

  • (I am an aviation nerd so please don’t come at me saying I took this too far), but this is definitely not quicker than a fighter even on the ground. Once you turn on the afterburners, it’s game over for any car. An F-18A takes off at 165 knots or 190 mph and it only takes a few seconds to reach that speed.
