Unfortunately my screen recorder did not catch pop up screens so here are how you access them
To Pre-compose | Right click - Pre-compose- Move all attributes into the new composition
To Easy ease | Right click - keyframe assistant - easy ease
To Time-remap: Right click - Time - Enable time remapping

how do you get the square thing around the mask after you complete the mask, i can't seem to figure it out how
Im not 100% sure what you're referring to but perhaps you dont have a certain icon clicked. pause at 2:14 and see to the left of resolution "full" and camera icon there is a box thats blue, maybe you dont have it clicked on (?)
