The coloured stuff from the du du du video is chalk. They usually film every scene from the start of the song till the end in every outfit and piece it all together. The nails they wear are attached with nail glue because they change nails for every outfit.
I chuckle a little every time I see the caption say poll dancing instead of pole dancing.
