Long time Leaf fan here but I know who the greats were and Stan Mikita was one of them. A crafty great play maker and one of the greatest leaders the Black Hawks ever had.

When I was in seventh grade ‘69-‘70, I read Stan’s book “I play to Win”. I gained so much respect for Stan after reading his book. Although I’m a Bruin’s fan, I always had a soft spot for Mikita. Compliments to Sarah for a very good interview. Asking cogent questions and allowing the interviewee to speak is the mark of a good journalist/reporter.
