In all reality, after the victim was removed we'd just do an exterior attack and protect exposures since like you said, "This house is already toast." I never knew this game existed though and I love it. Please do more.

In real life you wouldn’t wanna break all the windows. It will feed the fire more oxygen and give it a different flow path and cause the whole house to catch fully on fire. Great video man!

Sheds usually have lawnmowers and grills in them , handles on lawnmowers and the legs on grills have Magnesium in them. The Magnesium when heated causes sparks when hit by water cause H2O acts as a catylyst creating hot sparks that can spread a fire.

I’d like to see dynamic fires, different emergencies, waiting at the fire house for calls, fires that actually spread, random locations of fires that include the whole map. More of a simulator. It says sim but it’s arcade.

I was an active captain on a volunteer Dept in southern WV we had a structure fire in the middle of the night,upon arrival my assistant chief and I were first to make entry,when we kicked the door we encountered a backdraft, he ended up being thrown to the porch and I was thrown completely clear of the porch and landed in the front yard on my Scott air pack,not very much fun and the pucker factor was real.

You would not break all the windows. The fore can spread anywhere then. In reality. If the fire is in the back, you break the back windows for horizontal ventilation. To push the fire out the back. And you can always use vertical ventilation too.

For someone who does not know much about firefighting, what does backdraft mean?

A backdraft is when you reintroduce oxygen into a room where it has been depleted, not allowing for any flames. When oxygen is reintroduced, say by opening a door to that room, the combustion that follows is catastrophic, and can even shoot a giant fireball back at you, as shown towards the end of this video.
