How To Lucid Dream In 4 Easy Steps!
I'll show you how to lucid dream in 4 easy steps. Even if you're a beginner, you can try this tonight!
Join the Discord: / discord
This video is based on the MILD guide by Stephen LaBerge, one of the best ways to lucid dream. I describe it in the video, but some topics are complex so I recommend reading from the source if you need clarification.
Original source: docs.google.com/document/d/1z...
MILD triggers lucid dreams by setting an intention before sleep to realize you are dreaming. Dream recall plays a huge role in your success, but if you can’t remember any dreams right now, just make something up. However, you should definitely practice this skill by making a strong resolution tonight before sleeping to remember your dreams. Then, write them down in the morning. If you can't remember much, focus on one detail and try to expand from there. After a few days, your dream recall will be much better!
Prospective memory (being able to remember future intentions) is key to doing this technique. This skill can be strengthened by setting a few targets each day (ex. the next time I look in a mirror), and asking yourself "Am I dreaming" each time one of these targets appears. This will train your mind to remember intentions.
Hopefully this helps! If not, drop your question in the comments and someone will answer it :)
Comment your results if you try this tonight!

Just a tip from someone that has lucid dreamt quite a bit; i often find it difficult to differentiate between reality and a dream so i make it a point to check my hands, even if you in reality (it may seem stupid). When you're dreaming, you fingers wont look normal(you may have extra fingers, or they twitch weirdly) and thats your cue to alter your dreams!
Your dreams got that AI art treatment
1.Set an intention- focus on the thought " the next time I am dreaming, I will recognize that I'm dreaming" 2.Recall a dream u had last night month or whatever 3. Pick a point in a dream or made up scenario where u realise you're dreaming # Write your dreams everyday to improve dream recall

#1: prepare to sleep. Turn off the lights, make the bed, open the window, etc. #2: meditate, clear your mind #3: close your eyes and try to remember the dream you had last night and if you can't remember another one you had or create an imaginary scenario where you have powers. #4: make your mind believe that you are dreaming tips: say things like: I will have a lucid dream tonight, I am dreaming, I am in a dream, etc. but do not use mantras that have negation or your mind will be wrong. Take a notebook and write down all ur dreams! Good luck everyone!💗

This is so true
Hi, last night I had a crazy experience (for me) while trying to LD. I’ll tell you: I was my 2nd day trying to lucid dream, so I tried a new technique. I think it’s called MILD, and what I did was repeating “today I will have a lucid dream” for over an hour. This was the only thing I thought. Later, now trying to sleep, I imagined me in previous dream realizing it is a dream and doing cool things. I slept normally. But here it goes the cool part. I didn’t have an alarm, but I randomly woke up at around 3:00AM (this was like 5 hours after sleeping). Then I thought I was very lucky and I also tried to do either the Wake Back To Bed method or the SSILD method (I don’t know what it was). What I did was to stay 5 minutes out of bed and then focus on seeing, hearing and feeling (and repeating in cycles). I don’t know why, but I got more stressed, because my heart beats were super fast and also I couldn’t control my breathing. I wanted to go slow, but it was automatic and I breathed fast. Then (I don’t know how much time passed), my started slowly to get more and more tired and moving was 10x times more difficult. But my brain was completely conscious. I didn’t opened my eyes until I woke up (2 and a half hours later) because I didn’t want to have sleep paralysis. It seemed so strange. I wasn’t in a dream, it was all dark. Then, I started to get very hot until the time I was almost burning. I tried to remove my blanket but I almost couldn’t move. Until I felt like the blanket was slowly removing. It was…floating? I don’t know because I kept my eyes closed, but surely it was only a feeling. I didn’t try to focus on a dream, because when I do that, I start to get high heart beats and fast breathing. But later, I tried to focus on dreaming the most. And I was completely focused, but just when I started seeing something, I heard a strange loud scary noise that made me loose my focus. The noise was a mix of being electrocuted and turning a heavy old machine on (i think I explained it well). After that I had random thoughts until I woke up. I didn’t have any dream because I remember my thoughts during the night and I didn’t remember any dream. Also if I had a dream it would become lucid because I was conscious. To summarize, when I tried to Lucid dream I had very fast heart beats and fast breathing (that I couldn’t control). But, was it normal? Was it safe? I was awake or sleep? Could you guys gime me any advice on how to not to happen that again? Thank you so much! P.S: I in fact opened my eyes, but only one and for less than a second. I saw all white, what happened?
idk as i am not employed in such field but i think it may have been a panic attack, i don't think it was a stroke because from what i've heard you are less conscious during such. should tell a doc because they know wayy more

I got my first (and last) lucid dream four years ago is was so fun, I remembered that everyone is a part of you so I asked them stuff and Idk....
I was watching your videos so much, every morning, night, and you left for a looooong time. then I went back and finally saw you upload more content. i'm so happy you started uploading content again! because of your videos, I had 6 lucid dreams (the fifth one was mixed nightmare and a dream) and your content made me have my dream of eating a new chocolate again (kinder bueno milk) in my lucid dream. I had so much adrenaline bursting I almost woke up! but then I saw your content again, I quit lucid dreaming and now get regular dreams, but since you are uploading more content soon (like this) I will stop sleeping at morning from today. I still have alot of dream recalls, I already remember my 6 lucid dreams and I can imagine it again, maybe i will have a good dream recall and restart lucid dreaming. I got a new book for me to write my dreams in, it's small though, but I will write these dreams until I actually start to lucid dream again because it gives me ideas to do in real life and it makes me happy when i wake up from it. Since I finished my long 10 months of school, I have a vacation and I will sleep early to lucid dream again and continue writing down my dreams until I lucid dream again, since I saw this video, this will motivate me to lucid dreaming again! Thanks for reminding me this so I can sleep early, write down my dreams in my new Dream Journal, then I will start to enjoy again, finally after one year of practicing over and over and watching a lot of videos from you, I lucid dreamed! So you are MOTIVATING me into lucid dreaming. Thanks. Now I know how to lucid dream well! Thanks, I missed you, Thanks so much, It really means to me, Thank you so much for teach us how to lucid dream, you are an absolute LEGEND! Thanks so much. But, my ADHD can't really focus on dreams and sleep, but you told us to meditate and I searched up how to stop ADHD, I will meditate everyday and loop everything, Dream Journaling, Dream Recall, MILD Technique, Meditation, Sleeping Early. Now I will loop these things all day until I finally lucid dream again! Then maybe I will stop? Maybe not? Let's see. Thanks so much legend.
Dude, you’re the reason I started getting interesting dreams. I’m glad to see you back
WOW tank you You will make me feel better with this
I watched this last night and I can’t stop doing it
Thanks for the video, i will put this on practice. Also, you mentioned that wake up in the middle of the night isn't bad for your health, well... you're kind of right, that doesn't affect your healt, what does affect is viewing any source of light in the middle of the night (yeah, including your cellphone) that's definitely gonna disrupt the circadian cycle and affect your recovery and the secretion of melatonin. Again, good video and very useful ❤
I like this method. I was off the lucid dreaming train for a few years but started having them again about 9 months ago after discussing dreams frequently with a friend and starting my dream journal again. The reason I like your method? Because, I realized a while back that, yes, it's often when something totally out of the ordinary seems to occur in the dream, that's when I get triggered. The dream might not make sense in 'real life' terms, but usually there's some level of internal consistency in a dream. If that consistency breaks down and you can catch it; that can alert you to the dream. A few recent triggers for me have been when I'm leaving a building, I realize I've forgotten to take something with me and, going back to pick the thing up, I suddenly realize that the building has disappeared or I am completely lost and can't find my way back; or if I am in a place and wonder how I got there, but have no clue how I traveled to that place; that kind of confusion has alerted me to dreams.
I don't know what happens, but just watching this video already makes me lucid dream that night. I can't explain this..even not doing anything of what he told us to, I still do it, without even trying

I was so excited that i just turned off gravity and jumped as high as possible as everyone around we was panicing and cars were flying everywhere, then i turned back on gravity, and forgot that you arent immortal even in dreams, landed on my head, and died. Then i woke up and felt the biggest loss i had ever felt in my life. Tl;dr: i had a lucid dream but accidentally killed myself before i could enjoy it

Hey guys!! Update. I’ve sort of lost motivation to lucid dream, because I can never seem to get the time to. I appreciate your responses and I thank you so much! I may get into it sooner, but it just seems like it won’t even be that good now.
I used to be a marine engineer. And one night, when I was on duty, an alarm started. So I got up from bed, started running towards the Engine Room of the ship. Went down some stairs, went through some jungles, went through some other obstacles. Then I woke up and had to do this all over again, but thankfully without the weird stuff.
I followed a technique similar to this I read about in Omni magazine back in the 1970s when I was in my twenties. I got very good at lucid dreaming by recognizing that something in the dream couldn't be real. I didn't keep up these exercises however and my ability to lucid dream diminished. I do still occasionally have a lucid dream but would like to get back to where I can do it regularly.
Thank you so much for coming back! I tried this method last night and I had not one, but TWO lucid dreams! Even though I tried, they still slipped away sooner or later, but I'm working on that :) Oh and for anyone else like me, I had this result without even waking up at night, so I can assure you it still works!
How was the lucid dream? What did you do?

I’ll tell you a easy way I had 6 lucid dreams with this I put a wallpaper on my phone saying you are dreaming I had this on my phone for 2 months remembering that wallpaper every time I look at my phone now if I dream If I look at my phone in the dream you can control the dream it works for me
that’s a good idea
I've been waiting for 8 months. Please upload something man
It's great to see you upload in this channel. We missed ya!
ive recently re-entered my lucid dreaming phase. This is exactly what i needed.
My first lucid dream, it started out like a regular, weird dream, but suddenly I gained consciousness and was like, "woah." The first thing I noticed was how realistic it was. I was really there. Unfortunately, I tried to fly but it didn't work. But, I could do other things, like waterbending, summoning random characters from games and shows I like, and at one point I ordered (And drank) a coffee to see if it was even possible. The only dissappinting part was waking up. It was pretty neat
congrats
I tried lucid dreaming last night and failed miserably but if I do have a lucid dream what would happen if I watched myself sleep 😳
