As an arsenal fan, I can guarantee Saliba and Gabriel will start both, the drop off when they don’t is huge. Tomiyasu could start RB and Zinchenko LB. Whites been playing through injuries apparently, absolutely no way Gabriel is benched for Kiwior unless an injury

Hey man . Great video! A lot of similarities between us, we have identical points for the season😂. Also, my latest draft almost same as yours although personell at the back switch up. Like you I'm switching between TAA and Robbo but Robbo most likely. What are your thoughts on switching VVD and Henderson to Munoz and Alisson? I feel the attacking upside up Munoz is a big win. MF and attack I'm actually identical with the 8 you have now but I'm starting Cunha over Bereton D. Completely agree with you on LIV attackers xMins being not worth the risk hence the double defence. Also completely agree that xMins makes captain shouts difficult when on paper looking forwards to gw34 it appeared easy.
Im going for double Liverpool defence as well. I think I’ll punt on Robertson and Trent, hoping they both start, even if Trent’s minutes are a risk.

Wow virtually the same thing as you! Agree with all your points in going somewhat against the meta with double Liverpool defence and Arsenal attack. Playing Cunha ahead of Solanke to go against non free hitters, and captaining Eze for the same reason

As a Liverpool fan, I think Jota won't get a start in GW34. Against Atalanta, he seemed to be off his shape and need more minutes. I still think Diaz will be the most nailed attacker after Salah. But I'm still going back and forth btw Liv and Ars too. It's Van Dijk+Havert vs Gabriel+Diaz dilemma for me currently.
Havertz does loads of off the ball work? It’s one of the key assets he has as someone who presses from the front. Confused by that comment. Also thought Robertson looked very tired before he came off

Thoughts on McNeil as a punt on 5th midfielder Ross?
I think if youre on a free hit it's best to try and fit a few differentials in there. I'm not on a FH and have 11 DGW players, very similar to the template free hit team. So I'm not feeling a lot of upside in terms of climbing rank unless you're choosing players like White, Havertz, Olise, Robertson etc.
Remember Free Hit itself is a differential.
@@seefoghall only if you're using it to pick differential players. The best options this week are already highly owned - Gabriel, Saliba, Saka, Salah, Darwin, Solanke etc. Otherwise you're just using it for damage limitation from managers that free hit in 29 and already have a strong team this week.

Liverpool has 1 clean sheet in the past 11 games. They conceded to Burnley, Luton and Sheffield United. Tbf these could score against anyone, but still. Only defender I'm considering is Trent in the hopes of attacking returns

For Liverpool & Arsenal, I'm going for one defender & two attackers, which should generate maximum points. At the moment, Virgil & Gabriel in defence, and Salah, Diaz, Saka & Havertz in attack. Very template, but very likely to score multiple points!! ⚽
For a NON FREE HITTER: Would you go to Eze instead of Havertz, then upgrade Bradley to Robbo in defence? Or go more safe Bradley to VVD?

As a Liverpool fan I’m so conflicted on what Liverpool assets to have. Salahs been soooo poor recently, but it’s salah and he can haul even playing poorly. Diaz/nunez haven’t been great recently, jota isn’t fit and looks rusty. Gakpo just doesn’t score enough despite him looking the most fluid in attack the last few games. In defence I think I’ll go with Trent, but it’s a risk with him maybe not starting both. Robertson has assist threat but van dijk & Allison are nailed. But at the same time we are conceding lots of chances and making bad mistakes, a lot of individual errors. I think I’m edging more towards salah/Trent/nunez. Mainly because the upside is there for Trent & salah and for nunez slot I think there are lots of good options in the midfield (I want eze, havertz, Brereton Diaz, Saka,salah) whilst also thinking the upside isn’t there for the defenders.

United assets are tempting even if they have a single game.. it’s Sheffield at home, arguably the best fixture this season. I can definitely see Hoijlund getting more points than Mateta’s double for example

I’ve took a -12, Henderson, Munoz and B. Diaz in for Kelleher, Burn, and palmer out, risky but I’m chasing so hope the DGW player perform, full 11 double with dubravka, Kambwala, foden and Haaland on the bench 🤞

I personally don't think Darwin starts in either game in the double. I'm glad I'm free hitting and haven't had to carry Darwin over the past few weeks for a double that he might not even start in

I didn't even know you could use data so selectively to back your point. Liverpool attack is bad because they haven't scored (although xg is best in the league) but their defence is good ( 3rd best xgc in the league)

Genuinely doesn't do as much as many other players. That isn't even an insult, I don't think he's asked to do as much
I don’t think it’s meant as an insult, I just think it’s an incorrect bit of analysis because his ability to press and defend from front is a key reason he’s getting picked so much
I have an almost identical team, my differences are Trent > Robertson, Gabriel > white, Bruno > Breton, cunha > mateta

Let's think of it this way: 1) Arsenal have a good defense but their attack is nailed and there is a higher upside in attack, so Saka+Havertz/Odegaard 2) Liverpool's attack aren't as nailed as Arsenal's, and their defense is statistically still better than the other teams, so doubling up on defense so Salah+VVD+Robertson/Alisson 3) You should triple up on Crystal Palace. Mateta and Eze are as nailed and on form as they can be, so it's Henderson/Muniz/Elise for the third spot. 4) Solanke is the 10th player, so 11th player is Cunha vs Brereton Diaz etc
Remember as well both Liverpool and Arsenal attack share the points around.
I think the free hit is a great opportunity to move away from double arsenal defense which is exactly what I’m going to do.

I am a big fan of Brereton Díaz. Any time I've watched a Sheff United game he looks amazing. Glad to hear his stats are amazing too, as he definitely passes the eye test!

Route for Darwin without sacrificing 2+1 Liverpool/Arsenal defenders, why not: Darwin->Mateta Allison->Henderson Muniz->VanDyke.
White has been carrying an injury for ages. He's due a rest more than Gabriel. That said, with Timber injured, I can't see Cedric playing RB.
Everyone including Raptor is overthinking this. I'm just picking the best players don't care about xmins. Diaz Trent havertz are all in for me. Sod the minutes.
Some players just get carried by their rep, it takes a million bad performances for people to see how bad they really are. I saw it early because I don’t get attached to players, a young academy player can have a bad game and people don’t wanna see him again but somebody like Salah can have five in a row and people won’t pay attention to it.
Havertz is playing at home against Chelsea, he will have a point to prove so he is in my team over other Liverpool mids, hes bound to score
