Andreas Nordvall he's just kidding, it's hardly grumpiness at all.
He's a sarcastic man. Watch him in most movies and he always adds a little bit of sarcasm to everything. Star Wars, Indy, Blade Runner. he's got that dry humor most people don't get.
I don't think people understand the brilliance of this comment...The OP is saying Fords grumpiness Is becoming more refined and sharp as he ages.
Maybe the first time I have ever seen him so relaxed and funny as hell!
I like his grumpy parts, like in Morning Glory and Anchor Man 2 (kind of the same guy LOL). Or 42, where he used his grumpiness in the service of good. Well, he was only grumpy cause people were racist assholes :D "Do you think that God likes baseball???"

He was at the beach. The story is fake.
He did land on a taxiway once by mistake.
His acting career was all just a means to an end for his pilot license. Now he flies choppers and single-prop planes over the wilds of Montana or wherever he’s currently residing.
He did crash into a golf park, once.

Harrison Ford is so absurd and fun and real. He's clearly introverted, and I love the way his mind works from what I can see. If people give him enough time to collect his thoughts, they'd get a gem. An introvert isn't quiet because they have no thoughts. They have so many thoughts that it can take a second to express them clearly.

Sorry but Harrison was never a good actor. He was good in being Harrison Ford-like. That's what people wanted to see. That is why he became a star. But to vanish within a role was never his thing. But that is what good actors do. They become someone. Harrison always stayed Harrison.
Have you seen Mosquito Coast? One of the underrated ones and surely he display a great performance there.
Quotenwagnerianer Harrison has a sort of understated style of acting. What you don't see in the face you can see in his eyes, his pacing, and natural mannerisms. I always thought he was a very natural actor in normal roles. It's in the blockbusters that he may have seemed movie-star-esque.
I have seen all of his movies. Mosquito Coast, as brilliant as he was in it, seems like an anomaly in his career. He never reached that level of intensity again.

Relax, by no means would I impugn the fine looks of any of the Canadian Ryan's. It's just odd to me that I never noticed, in all the films of his I've seen (La La Land & Drive are two of my all time favs), that I never noticed his rather significant lazy eye.

I never thought Ryan and Emma had great chemistry. They always came off as friends or brother/sister to me - never romantic. I'm clearly in the minority though.

@@hd-xc2lz Same I don’t see the chemistry at all however I noticed Emma always…I mean always gets paired with co stars who are naturally introverted. That’s why it seems off but in reality it does compliment each other cause you don’t have two actors trying to out do each other. I actually heard in an interview that Emma has gotten casted with Ryan because during auditions a lot of ladies would get shy and just intimidated, the minute Ryan came in to meet them. He is serious by nature yet charming. But Emma came in with such confidence & wasnt intimidated by his presence. That is so interesting cause it’s like they don’t see who has chemistry with Ryan but who can actually not be intimidated by his coolness 😭😂 I’m definitely seeing a pattern here. Even in blade runner. Ana didn’t have chemistry with him 🤔

These two together are hilarious. They have the perfect chemistry because they're both laid back and Gosling vibes so well with Harrison's dry humor.
In these double interviews, I think they work best when they use questions to cultivate conversation between the two actors. It got better towards the end because of that.
It's genuinely amazing to see both two actors and two guys have great chemistry and enjoy interviewing together cause you see so many interviews with two actors and they're just awkward with each other or try too hard to seem like they like each other

Ryan Gosling is the best co-star for Harrison Ford -- completely knows how to handle him and joke around with him
I'm so happy that Harrison seems to have a new out look on life after the crash. If you've noticed he wasn't ever happy in older interviews where now he's full of joy and seems to enjoy them. I don't really know if it has to do with that but it seems like it does
Gosling seems to be one of the few who can make Harrison Ford come alive in an interview

I love the setting of the interview. Dark background with questions shown. It’s just very direct (sometimes usual interviews have too much fluff or distraction). Apart from that, love the chemistry between these two. Hope they do more together.

I need a buddy cop movie starring these two. Their shared dry wit and respect for each other is evident in almost every interview they've done, and this dynamic is certainly reflected in their on-screen chemistry.

I’m surprised they didn’t take Jake Gyllenhaal for agent K, judging that Denis has collaborated with him a few times. But after seeing the film, Ryan is the perfect fit.

Always good to see Harrison Ford on screen but please invest more time and effort with the camera, audio and post work. Beyond amateur for such a huge channel interviewing stars of an enormous and iconic film.
Most of their interviews are, more or less, like this so I don't think they plan on changing that. Quality of video and audio were fine , but that one camera could have been shot wider rather than almost 2 close ups with just a varying angle and the hiss on that mic could have been cleaner as well.
Yeah, I was thinking about this as well. Especially the sound....One audio feed for both cameras and sync them both to it afterwards should be filming 101. No need for both cameras to be recording separate sound at all, and would elimate the hiss on that weird side view.

I saw him in person in Orlando at Star Wars Celebration in 2017, I passed by the man as he was holding the door open for Peter Mayhew at a press event. I didn't want to bother him. We made eye contact. That will be the only moment I'll have with him for the rest of my days. :-)
