  • It always seems nuts to me that pros do heavy head sparing, go to town on the legs and body for sure but be kind to your brain... Anyway each to their own I guess.

    • That's what I thought, too. While I do agree that a hard sparring every once in a while has its benefits, for everyday training I clearly prefer not taking these kind of short and long term injury risks. And in a playful sparring I usually get to evolve and improve much more.
