I love the work that has gone into making the AK50 but for re sale it is going to be a really expensive gun. As a machinist the receiver and bolt are quite complex and need to be vary strong. Watching the video of the work by Titans of CNC and you realize its a well made part but its going to cost a lot. I am proud of all involved in the project, great job guys!

Today, while I was washing dishes, I saw that a new video about the AK-50 was released. I was overwhelmed with emotions. I'm incredibly happy for you, that you succeeded, that you went through such a difficult journey but ultimately achieved success. You know, it even seems to me that you're somewhat like Mikhail Timofeyevich Kalashnikov. Just an ordinary guy, about whom nothing was really known. But in the end, you created, so to speak, a significant weapon. Mikhail Timofeyevich created the AK-47, and you created the AK-50. One could say that both of you are great men. Hi, Brandon, I'm from Russia and I'm very happy for the work done by your team and for yourself, but there was one discrepancy. An AK-50 video was posted on Matt's channel, and I proposed the idea of creating a .357 caliber PM (Makarov pistol) and a .50 caliber Mosin-Herrera rifle. @@SomeGuysGarage It's called barrel harmonics or barrel whip. It happens anytime you shoot from a long barrel. It's normal. When it happens, it takes place in such a short amount of time, it can't be seen except on high speed footage.

In the slow motion video you can see the barrel & body bending back & forth with each shot this could lead to the gun bending or worse falling apart mid shot. Thought I’d bring this concern up but it’s Still a badass gun. I took some courses to teach me more about how to build a gun & my teacher/instructor told me a quote that follows me to this day “a gun always reflects the passion of it’s builder”

It makes me think of the world's angriest staple gun in a good way. Big, functional, metal, springs actuating, and just chugging away. Feels like it would be used by that faction who's guns are all chunky, look kinda rough-machined, but you never have any issues from their guns either.

Outstanding ideas Komrades! Yes, for use on the rollbars of your technical, or 4wd..It needs a few more optional extras too.. Like a bayonet lug & bayonet..in case you ever need to dismount it from the rollbar of your technical or 4wd vehicle..and get more personal. A true 'hi-cap' real banana mag, especially for said mounted use on rollbars.. And a grenade launcher that fires RPG-7 warheads. Plus wood AK furniture & stock options..like a 1-piece wooden butt end-piece, under-stock & pistol grip set-up..And a some AK inspired wood foregrips to go over the handguard, even if mostly cosmetic. These are all much required optional extras, for real AK-50, tovarish..Project is not Komplete quite just yet.
Bro just built a semiautomatic 50 cal that cycles well. Not only is that a feat in and of itself, he did it using the design of a 70+ year old gun and it runs flawlessly. Insane, congrats Brandon.

The bolt head and locking lugs are more Barrett than AK though. So the operation is AK but the lockup is not.
