In the realm of education, where teachers are typicall relied upon, some individuals betray this trust
by concealing unsettling truths. From covert agendas to deceitful facades, here are four instances

  • I just did the blood alcohol calculator. at 165lbs, this woman would have had 5 - 5 oz of wine. I've at times have had 2 - 5oz of wine on occasion at my parents house and I can tell you I wouldn't feel capable legally and physically of having another and getting behind the wheel of a car so I can't imagine how these folks think they're fine enough to drive when on average their blood alcohol is about the .18

    • Alcoholics, especially daily drinkers, have a higher tolerance. They can appear sober at .08-.12 or more. They should NEVER drive at those levels, but often, alcoholics (who may not have planned on driving) drink more & more. Once judgement has gone out the window, they’re dangerous to everyone on the road. It is a disease, but never ever should the public be put at risk, it makes sense for active alcoholics to be suspended of driving privileges (because driving is NOT a right), until they’ve gone through an accredited program successfully & proven that they are sober & can responsibly operate a motor vehicle again. Then, they should have to do all the necessary steps to acquire a brand new driver’s license. There shouldn’t be people with 7 DUI’s on the road without proper & proven rehabilitation.

  • .066….? I hope she has ABS and takes the entire district and police department for everything they have. Really? I don’t understand how anyone could pick up on someone being under the influence of that little alcohol. This women’s career is being ruined over a BAC that she could legally drive a 3000 pound vehicle at 70 mph but gets arrested teaching kids…..? WTF is actually going on here..? There’s definitely more to this story.

    • @@carstenspencer7135 of course I’m not. That’s not what I’m saying. I’m merely speaking in legal terms. Even an airline pilot is allowed to fly a plane full of hundreds of people at .04 so yeah, having any alcohol in your system is bad but I think this is a little extreme. Or could actually be residual alcohol from the night before. Maybe her body process alcohol slower or maybe she has ABS.

      @lukycharms9970@lukycharms99702 ай бұрын
    • @@lukycharms9970 Pilots definitely cant have any in there system. They have to wait a minimum of 8 hours before they can fly after drinking any alcohol.

      @carstenspencer7135@carstenspencer71352 ай бұрын
    • @@carstenspencer7135 yes you’re right about 8 hours but you’re wrong about BAC content. Go look it up. If you drink heavily the night before it is very easy to have a BAC of .04 8 hours later. I’ve heard some airlines have it as low as .02 but by law you can absolutely have a low level of alcohol in your system as a pilot while flying.

    • @@lukycharms9970 Legally speaking, she could be charged with endangering a child, or like neglect. She is charged with the care of children, she is lucky she only got public intoxication. I mean you could tell she was a bit tipsy, I am assuming she is also open to civil liability as well, I would sue 100% just to make sure she never taught again.

I don't think that is the reaction of someone who has never experienced that. Most non-alcoholics don't even realize the ins and outs of alcohol withdrawal. She was just like "yeah of course"

    • Or it’s that most people are FAR more likely to agree with something being said by a person of higher authority. Thinking she’s an alcoholic because she agreed to the comment the cop was saying means absolutely NOTHING. This all started because another teacher believed she was under the influence. An alcoholic with a BAC of .066 would be completely unnoticeable so there is clearly more going on here than this video is showing. This cop is admitting the device he uses isn’t calibrated correctly even after admitting she’d be arrested for DUI while driving at .066 which is completely untrue. This entire situation is full of INCREDIBLY questionable nonsense. The principle asked if he would have arrested her while showing these symptoms while driving and he said yes?! What symptoms?! She didn’t exhibit ANYTHING. Nystagmus is always the go to failed test because it’s not visible on the body cam which is just another piece of nonsense to pile on this garbage situation. This is absolute nonsense and I don’t know anyone involved in this video so I have zero personal investment in this. .066 to 1.2?!?! How HORRIFICALLY un calibrated is this muppets’ equipment?!? 100% possible error deviation?! Seriously, is this a joke?! Is this cop a stripper in a police uniform??? How does he still have a job. If she was a raging alcoholic who required .066 BAC to function in a day to day basis then how come no other teacher noticed this at any other point in the years she’s been working there?? She should absolutely sue everyone involved in this video.

  • I get the “Field Sobriety Test” but when they do the Watch the Tip of the Pan test, some of the Officers that I have seen do it on Videos like this, they make it nearly Impossible to follow the Pen without turning your Head! They go so far to either side, you really have to Strain your Eyes to follow the Pen, thus making your eyes do some weird stuff, giving the impression that you are Intoxicated! If the “Legal Limit” is .08! How can you be charged with DUI when you blow a .06? Why make a “Legal Limit” if it’s not gonna be followed?

    @turnerco.b2p515@turnerco.b2p515Ай бұрын
    • If you're under the legal limit and still impaired by your alcohol consumption nonetheless you're still going to be charged with DUI. The test is one factor, not the only factor.
