Since finding you by chance on KZhead a couple yrs back, I want to thank you for waking up a lot of emotions I thought were long gone in my heart. Could listen to you 24/7. Continued success and stay strong. And most importantly keep on the path you have found.

  • I played your new song for my amazing teens in a stabilization program from substance and mental health issues. Which I believe is a symptom of their trauma. You truly are amazing. Your words will never be forgotten. The girls wanted to hear more, and truly heard you. What will forever be remembered is the look each young lady had. I can never thank you enough for helping them to see they can and will always be fighters. You spoke to them more than I ever could. You may never see this message but for all who rebuild their lives, you are never alone. Reach out, be that fighter you are loved by people you haven't even met yet. Thank you Tom for the tears of thank you for sharing your story to my most amazing fighters that have graced my life.

  • I wouldn't normally say personal stuff on the internet to a bunch of strangers. But my mum, passed away two years ago yesterday when I woke up to Tom's new song. I've fought personal battles with depression, suicide, alcohol, daily life struggles, and trying to be the strong respectable person. But watching this was like listening to my mom still cheering me on to keep going and saying all the things she used to tell me. I used to brush it off and say "I know mom" but I really needed the push and the self respect boost. This one will be played on repeat for awhile and brought back whenever I needed that help from mom and that swift kick in the rear she used to give me when I didn't think i needed it, so thanks Tom. And anyone who reads all this ramble thanks.

    • I struggle with depression too so I get where he’s coming from, and I used to be an alcoholic. Trauma works in ways we’d never know at least not without a therapist or something. The thing with me, I cry on the inside, not outside, when I do cry on the outside it’s at complete random I believe I have BPD, this is on par with scars, scars hit hard too because I believe it related to self harm aswell, which is a bigger issue than people might think. Though we may not always feel like it or feel worth it, we should definitely let the words he speaks sink in, I tell other people these same things that they’re worth it and a fighter even when I feel worthless and give up, but they feel worthless too and give up, but when they look at me, I’m worth it and not as weak as I feel, I guess looking at others with some relatable issues is like a mirror, you can know you’re worth it even when feeling worthless.

  • This song came out the month and year I was escaping my abuser, he beat me 10-9-2022 I had to wait until Thanksgiving to leave him it was the only way I could leave to see my family even though I begged him to come with me I'm glad he didn't he stole from me took everything I had and destroyed it this song came out when the week before I left him last year, I listen to it almost daily now and ball my eyes out every time, he told me my prayers by don't work but I pray every time I play this song and all I can do is cry and break down because I know this song is my prayer and God heard me. Thank you Divine for making such a beautiful soul who truly knows the fight for life is real. I wouldn't be alive if I didn't have a fighting spirit to know such love is real. Thank you!! Thank you! Then and only then, will you come out the other side. I wrote everything about my past and burned it and buried the ashes. Then God came in and cleared up the tears. I didn’t know if I believed but OH WOW! He exists. Read the Bible. All your answers are in there! God bless you!!

My friend has been blind for 25 yrs after being shot in the head. Getting his sight back was medically impossible. Sunday night at church he was being prayed for and said he started seeing shadows and light when he opened his eyes instead of darkness. It was confirmed Monday at his Dr appt via CT scan that his optic nerve was now miraculously reattached. His Dr is still scratching their head and he is praising God. My pastor and congregation are in awe of the greatness and power of what God is doing. Amen

In 2016, I still took tramadol daily to be able to live with the pain and doctors concluded further recovery was impossible, and I would stay 15% disabled in my upper body. I couldn't accept this fate at such a young age, I refused to live as a disabled person dependent on pain medication. I started training, revalidating, using every bit of info I could find. I perfected my diet. It is now 2023 and I am 99% fully recovered. Thank you for this song, it covers what I went through at a young age.

He was actually the reason I am a fan of you, Tom. He introduced me to your music. Your songs about sobriety, and your struggles really connected with the two of us. I’m doing everything I can to believe that there was a reason for why he went so young, and I am a fighter, and I’m going to make it through. I’m so happy that this drop was a song of hope, strength, faith, and power. I’ve never seen an artist care more about his fans than you. • This song makes me think of my stage 4 heart failure I had 5 open heart surgeries & 3 devices in my heart 1st L-Vad Than a Defibrillator that ended up giving me blood poisoning, now a Titanium plug in my heart to plug the hole from the L-VAD I never needed for 2 in a half years. I thank God I am here & got 2nd advice from Froedtert hospital that saved my life in 6 months. this song I listen to everyday that reminds me of my Heart attack at age 27 a stroke same age. This makes me feel more empowered for thankfully beating stage 4 heart failure. THANK YOU, TOM, FOR THIS BEAUTIFUL SONG & ALL YOUR MUSIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I'm a disabled veteran with PTSD who has battled with alcohol & drug addiction for years. This year it has been so hard for me to maintain my sobriety & mental health. I lost my mother to Corona virus in February, my oldest brother in March to a heart attack and my younger brother to cancer just a few months ago. This song really hit home for me as I thought I was losing my faith in myself & God. I needed this message. Ty so much for giving people like me such an inspirational song. Keep making great music!
