You start as a bank teller that does not even earn enough to make ends meet and work other jobs as well and you think you will be able to rise up to become CEO of the bank? Are you stupid? People who cannot make ends meet have the scarcity mindset, all they think is about survival and not about growing. The person will hve 0 flexibility to take classes or anything else let alone have more energy in the job. PAY PEOPLE LIVABLE WAGES AND BENEFITS! There are few days (but few days😅), when employees have a relaxed day with very little work to do, and as it's said that oh.. you'll be working 16 hours a day... this happens only around - when either they are working on launching an IPO for their client or there's an acquisition taking place & most of such (intensive) deals are done within 5 days & then one can chill. The only problem is that the moment you think ahhh boys come let's relax ANOTHER DEAL COMES IN😂😂😂 & you gotta work again.
