In Germany it's called "Wassertransferdruck". Just so you know.
@Chingy4745 ай бұрын
Yup I used to do this to my nails, lighters, shoes. Then it got boring and everyone else was doing it so. The key is to have clean water at room temperature. For your nails, distilled or bottled because of not it will not transfer, and the other stuff* in the water will interact with the chemicals in the nail stuff. Another key is that you don't want it to dry on the surface of the water before you dip, and you don't want it too thick. Too thin it won't show up.
@SARAH-qx8yi11 ай бұрын
I came to the comments to see if anyone else thought of water marble nails when seeing this. Technically, you can let the nail polish dry on top of the water. You just don't dip your nail. Once it's completely dry on the water's surface, pick it up, and cut out a nail sticker! You can then put it on your nail with a base coat. ❤

Don’t quote me on this, I’m not an expert and I’m too lazy to fact check myself. But I think that they print the design onto a special type of paper that leaves a thin film, and the design, on top of the water when they lay it across the surface.

Fun fact no one asked for! Surgeons can and will use arm rests that are adjustable in multiple dimensions. You try holding your arm up in one very local position for hours at a time.
Correction, you need a hand for hydro dipping.
And what? Why do you have to compare? And doctors have A LOT of help.
How do they get the images in the liquid, stay in place, and then adhere to the dipped item? Pure sorcery.
im guessing they lay a soluble layer of the print on top of the still water, leaving the ink in tact?

My question is that how do they lay out that print on the water? Wicked 🔥🔥
I believe they spray something on top of the water, which affects the surface tension and then carefully lay the film on top
@@illmannered1 it’s actually the film first. The spray softens it and allows it to stick to the part.
Its basically a giant water activated sitcker. It's kinda like flipping a bedsheet out. Once its one the surface of the water, they mist water on top of it and it dissolves, leaving the pattern suspended on the surface of the water.
Magic.

If you're a little shaky it might come out awesome too
In Germany it's called "Wassertransferdruck". Just so you know.
I highly doubt everyone else is doing this for their nails, it's a very time consuming way of doing it. Lots of steps involved.

@@foretwunnytimes1705 bruh that shits fake ash use ur ears nd why u so mad😭
@@foretwunnytimes1705 what? this is supposed to be a "Satisfying" video, so they add sond effects to make the video more satisfying, more likes, more views, more attention, how do i know its a sound effect? the dip is in mono audio, while the rest of the sounds in the backround are lower quality and in stereo audio, also you can here the sound before it even hits the water, and also thats just not how dipping something that slow works, the only way you can have that sound is if you drop and object to water in fast, the reason water makes that noise is because drops of water pop out and land back in the water making that popping sound,.
