Same, I've been rewatching some of them, like the gameshow challenges, the 4 player challenge between Troy, Justin, Colton and Connor, and many others he did 10 years ago. Some of them are unlisted now, but I still watch them since they're not that hard to find.

The Wario Bike is the default bike on the third row, and that makes it an acceleration and handling vehicle (with each stat being 50/80 or higher), with its kart counterpart being the Offroader (which should have kept its Japanese name Survival Buggy but that's another rant) and its medium and lightweight counterparts being the Sugarscoot and Bit Bike respectively. Unusually for such a vehicle, it actually has the highest weight of all bikes in the game. Its weight also lends it an average speed stat (an average stat being 35/80 or higher, but lower than 50/80), rather than a poor one such as the Bit Bike, Sugarscoot, and their kart counterparts. That being said, the Wario Bike still has the lowest base top speed (that is, top speed without a wheelie) out of all large vehicles in the game, and it's actually lower than the Magikruiser's, which could spell trouble. Instead, the Wario Bike's only weak stat (that is, 34/80 and under) is drift. As far as palette swaps go, Bowser and Dry Bowser have their handlebars positioned lower, and Rosalina's has shorter exhaust pipes. The Magikruiser boasts the best offroad stat in the game (67/80), which anyone who regularly watches MKW channels should already know by now. But offroad is its only stat above 49 (actually above 48 as no vehicles have any stat of exactly 49 oddly enough). Its poorest stats are weight (being a small vehicle) and drift (which regular viewers should also already know). All its other stats fall in that 35-48 range. The Magikruiser is the only vehicle in the game where Toad gets to have a palette swap with red as the main color, as Baby Mario usually has the color reserved for him but this time has the classic Kamek blue.

My recommendation is that the team that loses the first cup gets to pick the next four races, then the other team gets to pick the last four. This removes some of the randomness from track selection and also should make the matches closer and more entertaining to watch.

It would definitely be interesting to see what Wario Bike Supersliding would be like on an inside drifting Wario Bike. Unfortunately, the fact that it's inside drift also means it can't superhop which is like the bread and butter of ODBs at TAS levels of execution :(

@@mkwpatsfan Installing Homebrew on an Unmodded Wii isn't really a complicated process, and once you have that, it's straightforward enough to rip your game's ISO from your disc. Once you have that, you can TAS the game all you want through Dolphin Emulator.

Everyone here knows that you both are great at the game and no matter what combo or placing you can always give it your all and play cracked. Bro Troy was lowkey pissed at the whole DS Bowser Castle thing.
The end result of this war was Magikruiser 506 - 367 Wario Bike. OUCH But what's really interesting, is that this proved the importance of the stats Troy and Nick commented on. Races really are made and broken by top speed, drift, and miniturbo (in that order).

Isn’t the Wario Bike the one that can clip into the ground in TAS? Obviously this isn’t TAS but maybe the Wario Bike’s properties have it interact weirdly with certain parts of the track, like maybe with DS Bowser’s Castle it had something to do with the corner Nick took? This is just a guess, I’m mainly an 8DX player and have no clue how Wii works half the time
Lucky for you, I have the insider knowledge >:D The wall that Nick hit in that clip is an extension of the wall lining the perimeter of the track which doesn't end at the points where the road passes over it. This means that the wall on the side of the track also connects to the bottom of the entire slope change. The implication of this is that vehicles have a chance of crashing into this wall while driving along the track normally provided that the vehicle's hitboxes are large enough and low enough to collide with it. In this case, Nick was using the Wario Bike which has considerably large hitboxes and was drifting far to the right, resulting in the vehicle's body hitboxes dipping even lower due to the vehicle's roll. This along with some quantized movement shenanigans (which Nick had no real control over) was enough for the bike to barely collide with the wall. Really just a perfect storm of unfortunate coincidences combined with a track detail which really shouldn't be present in the first place.

@@Lanval_de_Lai The existence of Wario Bike Supersliding is definitely Nintendo's fault, yeah, but the wall collision Nick had at the end of DS Bowser Castle wouldn't have happened if the CT were built just slightly better.
