This is an important step in fighting target panic also.
When you get older, I'm 73, this technique keeps me in "archery shooting shape". Old muscles get weak fast especially ones like needed to draw the bow. Doing this exercise on aiming 100 % pay off. It also lets your mind know you do NOT have to fire it every time you draw

Just by chance I watched your video and the next day I gave it a try. Ive been shooting for about 10/12 years and although not a great archer by any stretch, I have managed to put some meat on the table. Always trying to improve. I applied your technique and was astounded by the results. Probably the best grouping I have ever experienced. I went from 4 out of 10 in a kill zone to 9 out of 10, consistantly all day long….thanks much for the tip.
