My friend let me tell you it is not your anxiety. It's what your body does after you're thinking a lot and worrying. The Bible says be transformed by the renewing of your mind it says the set your mind on things above not on things on this Earth. To cast your cares upon Him fully because he cares me that means to just let your chairs go don't worry about them. And think on things that you enjoy. Think about Christ and what he did at the cross on your behalf. Speak to those thoughts and feelings about what Christ did for you that you're more than a conqueror Reading the word praying and worship feels better because it's getting your mind in the right place Hope this helps

I had this song stuck in my head and by the time I heard the second line I had tears in my eyes. I haven't been close to God in years and I've been seriously doubting my faith for years now because I often don't feel accepted by the Christian community because I'm gay and I'm 100% sure that I'm meant to be like this and not pretending to be straight and feeling lonely and depressed, but it's hard when you read so many contradictory things in the bible about how God is supposed to love me for who I am, but then also apparently despises such an important part of me (and many other things I do for that matter)
