The color of Lily's design looks a lot like Cordelius, she fits into the trio perfectly! She definitely earned the mastery title "Backstabber" with her super and I think players are going to have a lot of fun with her. I'll probably end up pushing her in showdown because she seems like she'd be good in it

Its actually pretty useless to save a teammate because the teammete will stay in the shadow realm for 7 seconds while lily will only stay for 3 seconds. So its better to use it for your self to dodge an attack or sneak on someone

Spike is a plant so he doesn't have voice lines. Lilly is a plant so she doesn't have voice lines. Sprout has voice lines, therefore it is not a plant. Gray does not have voice lines, therefore he is a plant. Thank you for coming to my ted talk.

I actually think she will be balanced. B tier. No hypercharge, range smaller than OJ's skill. Her kit is good. But in the hyper charged meta. Especially with sandy. She will be kinda average.
I feel like her 1st gadget might be a bit on the strong side. Because it literally make you invincible instantly with no repercussions, it does only have a 3 second duration though so im not sure.

An intresting hidden mechanic! The mushrooms from the mushroom kingdom star power don't despawn after cordelius exits the shadow realm So if cordelius doesen't take all of them, she could just jump in, grab the mushrooms to heal, and jump back out The synergy that they have is just so fun
7:25 Lily was charging her super in 2 attacks instead of 3 cuz the swarm bots on top which let her beat the boss faster
I think Cornelius’ whole trio would have the trait of charging super around their enemies have short range crazy damage and yeah supers that surprise you eg Cordelius Sends you to a Shadow Realm Lily Traps you and Maybe The Secret Brawler Controls Vines and sends you to a poisonous location were the two fight to death and without one’s defeat like the tiebreaker in Clash Royale the players Health get drained
I love how she works both with and against Cordelius. AFAIK she's the only brawler in the game that has fundamental changes depending on the brawlers in the match. Her gadget can be used to both help her own Cord, and harm enemy Cord's, making the 1v1 in favor of her team either way. Plus it looks like if she gets hit by an Enemy Cord super, but wins the 1v1, she still has to wait out the Shadowrealm time. So if you're a low HP Cord on like BrawlBall, supering the enemy Lily and dying anyways might actually be a viable strat to keep her out of the game longer. She's so interesting and I hope the devs adds more Brawlers that work within their own trio in different ways. Not enough to change every match, but just enough to consider certain brawlers as Picks/Bans
in all honesty I dont think she should be a mythic, the only unique mechanic she has is the teleport and it seems like a worse version of buzz's ult outside of knockout imo. (Also supercell only adding epics, mythics, legendaries and hypercharges is really hard to keep up with as a f2p, there's 10 legendaries, 24 mythics, 25 epics, meanwhile there are only 10 super rares and 8 rares in the game right now, I think some epics and mythics can definitely be bumped down)
you can catch up with enough dedication, it is not the best to addd chap brawlers too, as it usually completely breaks the game for quite some time. also, my opinion, her super is much better than buzz's is
@@washingmashine1298 many people being able to play a brawler early because they are easier to unlock is not a reason not to make them anymore. As I’ve shown with the numbers, mythic rarity is rarely mythic anymore when nearly a quarter of the brawlers are in that rarity. As for her ult, how is it any better than buzz’s? Buzz’s ult also allows him to escape, grapple walls and stun multiple people while hers just leads to her teleporting to an enemy in the middle of their teammates and trading elims unless they have the gadget. Not to mention any tank absolutely destroys her after her first burst

I haven't missed a single xp since the first revamped season, reached mythic II every season on ranked and I still haven't been able to unlock a single brawler using credits, each season you only get 1k credits and since mythics cost 1900 you're down 900 credits every season with a mythic brawler that gets added. With how many mythics keep being added into the game my last 8 brawlers have all been unlocked from starr drops due to this. And honestly credits just feel incredibly useless as they never show up in starr drops and I can't unlock any new brawlers with them. I am at the point with the starr road where its just back to boxes with the illusion of choice being the starr road. Not to mention the only cost efficient way of getting hypercharges is either with the 79 gem offer or by legendary starr drops, 5k coins is way too much for a 5 second ability that will get nerfed into oblivion after 2 seasons of being broken if it even is broken.
@@washingmashine1298 also with how many hypercharges they’re adding each update (~6 I think?) you would have to save up enough gold to max out the new brawlers & buy all the new hypercharges to ‘catch up’ which is impossible
@@daanaerts_ i am comlpletely, free to play, i have all the brawlers at at least power 9 and over half of the hypercharges, it will get much easier once they release all of them. for the rewards, a lot of people foget the amount of gold and credits you get from starr drops, guild rewards, challenges freebies and so on. i get that unlocking a new mythic and legendary is not possible in one season but you can catch on with enough gameplay

I'm extremely excited for Lily because she seems perfectly balanced, _as all things should be._ That and the fact that her kit is just EXTREMELY fun. She's designed to be a sneaky backstabbing assasin and she does that job perfectly. Like they literally made the * _teleports behind you_ * meme into an actual ability for her, how can you NOT have fun with her? Like that sounds silly, but the explicit decision to make her teleport BEHIND the brawler, not just straight to them, is a stroke of GENIUS and PERSONALITY.

Is it just me or does Lily KINDA remind me of Charley? Maybe they are long lost twins! Also her strawberry skin is so cute, it’s also a plant with a lot of red included on her head, like Charley’s skin. They both have a ponytail (one longer than the other) we don’t really know If she is French because she has no voice lines❤❤❤ I love her 🤩

Something of note… At 9:36 you can see that she kills the Cordelius after she is sent to the shadow realm, but isn’t sent back. This might just be a bug, but if it isn’t it will be really fun to play with

The bug is propably caused by her "Vanish" gadget which allows her to get to the shadow realm alone.

1:54 Seeing Lili participating in the shadow realm with Cordelius, I can imagine how interesting it would be for the trio to interact with each other, for example, Gale being able to help Lou with the freezing.
The synergy between her and Cordelius is so cool, i wish they added similar effects to other trios, would surely add more depth to building team comps
Though is a cool gimmick I personally dislike the idea a lot, if there were exclusive trio traits and mechanics it would discourage players to try team compositions aside from official trios, wich would be detrimental to the game because how do you expect to coordinate in rankeds with your randoms to play those specific combinations instead of what they want/know to play, even worse, how do you expect that they will always have the required brawlers leveled up, it would be all just a pain. A game can (and will) have lots of dephts by staying simple, if you try to add so many gimmicks/mechanics it would end up oversaturating to the point the "depth" just feels shallow. Like, if you have many simple flavors, you can combine them in infinte ways to make any dish or dessert you want, thats why chocolate and vanilla are used in everything. Instead, if you have superspecific flavors, like Idk, singapore rose blueberry jam and cream of purple potatoes, you will be way more restringed to use them in specific conjuction with the stuff that is already known to taste good, leaving not so much room for creativity.

Doesn't have to be buffs though, maybe just some funny references to their connection in lore like custom voice lines and effects, cuz if you think about it the trios don't really mean anything currently and I'd love to see them more flashed out in game. but yeah I can see it being a pain to balance in any other case haha
@@felipeleite3944 Oh yeah, I'm totally on board with that idea, it would be very funny to hear the brawlers have specific interactions within them, like el primo calling for "curación" instead of his normal hurt voicelines if a Poco is in his team, or Edgar getting annoyed at the constant screaming of Collete, maybe even unique win and lose animations, though it would only work with the skins that don't change them already.

Her gadget is litterally Leon’s super but she’s invincible and she can’t see the other team or teammates
It's this thing but shorter and completely different
the next one in the trio must be a assassin and healer at the same time. The basic atack must be a longer range that give damage and take health from enemies and super should trap someone on the realm and poisoned if step on the previous mark put on the floor (like bells gadget)
Cordelius: Brings player and opponent into shadow realm Lily: Brings player into shadow realm 3rd brawler: Brings opponent into shadow realm I like it. Since Cordelius does it with super and Lily with a gadget, I think the third brawler having a star power that makes their main attack do it would be cool, either under some condition like poison or a Bibi/Mortis/Mico bar. Though BS might think being randomly sent to the shadow realm with nothing to do might be too confusing of a mechanic for beginner players to understand.
the next one in the trio will have a longer range basic atack and the super will be like yoru from valorant, teleports to a specific place that were put a marker on the floor, and if someone on the other team step/destroy will be sent to the realm and poisoned, idk

I'm assuming that she's gonna pair up very well with Cordelious(?) in duo showdown. Cord sends himself and an enemy to the shadow realm, she deals with the other brawler, and if there's only one enemy (because the other one is respawning) Cordelious sends the enemy and himself to the shadow realm and Lily joins too and it's a 2v1

Itd be cool if the third of the trio was a healer/support type, and the super could send a target ally to the shadow realm to heal and reload. Or you could send an assasin to the shadow realm to sneak up on an enemy
I think she’s going to be a Mortis/Edgar type of brawler, someone who you draft at the end when you know you have a favorable matchup whit squishy brawlers that you can delete instantly whit the super-atk combo (basically, everyone whit less than 5600 hp, if you’re using the dmg starpower, and I think that might be the best one)

Off topic but I think a good change for ranked is what they do in clash royale. Every brawlers level should be capped at lvl 9 but if u got lvl 10 and 11 then you get the hypercharge and second gear but with level 9 scaling. I think this change will be healthy for ftp players and not make the level gap between players so strong but still rewarding those who max out a brawler

The ability for her to go to the shadow realm makes me a bit excited. Will they finally release niche brawlers? Like a brawler that triggers all damage over time effects on a target whenever they hit the target. So if a Crow, Byron, Willow, Amber, etc. apply DoT to a target, one hit by this brawler will have them take all that damage at once. Or maybe a brawler that has attacks that scale off of teammate HP, so it only works in tank comps
I know it's not that important but i need to remark an interaction that shocked me when I saw it, in 9:32 Lily KOs a Cord when in the shadow realm but unlike any other brawler besides Cord, she stays in the shadow realm for its full duration. Now, its probably because the shadow realm gadget is equipped and without it, the interaction would be normal since you can't enter the shadow realm by yourself. The coolest part is that you could use this to your advantage as a free gadget that lasts longer. I LOVE HER SO MUCH 🪴
I saw this too, but Kairos didn't use a gadget. Maybe it's because the Cordelius died right as they entered the realm (or it's just a bug in the dev build)

Oh my god that theme in the background is so good!! 🔥🔥 I'm a little sad she doesn't have a voice cause i wanted to know what her personality is like. I wondered if she's maybe paranoid with trust issues (which would play into the theme of insanity that's present with Cordelius) or something like a mischievious trickster. But she's a real assasin. Lack of voice does make her creepier and sneakier and it does make sense that she can't talk for similar reason as Spike. She's fun!

her 1st gadget is weird because without a cordelius on the field there is barely any point to it. sure it can be used to escape but you cant see enemy brawlers in the shadow realm so its totally possibble youll get out right in front of a shelly or something. im onna go for repot since its a more reliable way to guarantee kills
Lily's second trait should be base for all of assassin (and maybe even Kit, why not). It doesn't make them broken and it would be cool to have another class-based trait other than the tank trait imo

The best build for her IMO: 1st or 2nd gadget it doesn't matter they're both too good 1st sp, obviously the better one And as for gears i'd suggest damage bc of how close range she is and speed, health or gadget charge

I think it would be better to test the brawler on your main account rather than your ptp account because you can get power 11 and test out both star powers and gadgets. Not sure if I’m the only one who feels this way but just some feedback.

bro imagine how broken that would be if you get ambushed or teamed on. You can just go in the realm and escape or hide somewhere. Better than kits gadget, considering it will get nerfed to 3 seconds. And lily cant get damaged while in the realm so i think this might be the best gadget in the game.

The mice will respawn after a few seconds of not damaging any bots and since the brawler is close ranged, he can't damage other bots in between. I don't think it would be possible
the change in her super charge doesnt really change much so i doubt it will make her attack take 3 hits instead of 2

Gear idea: if you equipe this and u active and ability that takes time to do or work over a time period and get stunned u usaly lose the ability your gonna lose with this it will still work after the stun. For example Carl uses his super, bit fang stunnes him 0,5 sec then when the stun is over the super starts working again

She's not that unique. Her playstyle is very similar to Buzz and she doenst have any voicelines either. The best thing is the character design

@@smarty265 The teleport thing and her gadget is what makes her interesting. She can sneak around and go to different places of the map while her attack is acctually balanced (if not underwhelming....) Her teleporting allows her to avoid taking damage, something Buzz and Fang can't avoid while using their supers.
@@smarty265Tbh, not every brawler has to have some game-shattering new mechanic, Lily’s playstyle is derivative yes, but I think her Gadgets and Star Powers(kinda) give some uniqueness to her. She still shouldn’t be a mythic tho 💀

The title only has 2 parts. Lily Olympics and 17 tests. Usually there's a third part at the end with a highlight of the brawler like "Insane speed" or "Tons of damage". Lily is underwhelming
she's like Pearl, nobody gave a shit about Pearl on her release, but slowly people started to realised that she extremely good. And that's okay, usually every update has a cool P2W brawler and another one that's ok not overly broken (Angelo and Melodie, Mico and Kit, Cordelius and Doug)
Tbh she should be epic. She is too basic to be a mythic brawler.

i personally don't know which gadget or star power is better for Lily but if my own opinion, i think her gadgets are equally good but her star power, i say the extra damage after using her super is pretty good
