  • I’m really stoked about the idea of having a barbershop experience where I could just have a drink, and don’t have to TALK. I hope barbers take note of this. The silence (and only the sounds of the process of the cut), is so therapeutic & meditating.

    • As a barber, I prefer quiet so I can concentrate on doing a great haircut. However, some people just don't like silence or think because I'm a female barber I prefer talking.

    • Unfortunately barbershops are usually the opposite and not many barbershops will only have one person working so you will have several barbers talking to their clients over the loud background music. A lot of barbers and clients like to feel like they are at a party or a friends house just hanging out with friends when cutting hair so they have loud music and everyone conversing but I personally would prefer quiet as well.

  • This is another fantastic episode. Deft camera work. Beautiful cinematography. There is a story about each person the reason they’re here. The clothing fits perfectly. The sound is excellent, especially catching the shaving bits. All the movements are perfect for the work being done. The camera angles capture this perfectly. Great work. Perhaps an episode on the hairstyle that Daniel Craig has worn since becoming James Bond? Skyfall in particular.

  • Just ran into this, as I love watching barbers with that old school vibe. The dress code, etc, is on point. Not even a barber and I enjoyed watching this. Wish you were here in upstate NY, I'd volunteer to have you do a video. That classic have a snort of whiskey and smoke....priceless sir! I have been looking at doing this very cut as well.
