as a western christian we usually forget how easy we got it. we have been blessed with such a great freedom… and we are not even using it for good 😢

The sin-sacrifice-resurrection story implies a superstitious God who values blood-sacrifice. Obviously the superstitious early folks, who valued blood sacrifice, created the God of the Bible in their own image.
Early writers fabricated the resurrection hoax by making up fake testimonials that the disciples & others have witnessed an empty tomb & a risen Jesus.
"Jesus died for your sins & you need to be saved" is a guilt producing tactic used to milk the fools.
Jesus & authors of the Bible believed slavery is moral & even suggested how to buy, sell & beat the slaves, and not to treat relatives the way slaves are treated. Not a single Bible verse suggests that slavery is immoral & should be abolished.

When you’re not sure what to do, remember that these battles are not against flesh and blood, Ephesians 6:10-20 put on the full armor of God. Love your family enough to walk in peace and prayer for them even if they won’t walk with you in the right direction. My dad just came to God through Jesus at 79 years old. On my part there was a lot of love, a lot of prayer, a lot of standing strong, and refusing compromise. You don’t love your parents if you don’t stand strong in the truth of how Jesus is the only one that can save them. They don’t yet realize they need saving, at one point they will, love them even as they reject you. My dad has told me I didn’t love him but he actually always knew the truth was that I loved him more than he loved me. I loved him enough to sacrifice and forgive all the issues his rejection of Jesus the Messiah caused. He didn’t understand how he needed Jesus’ perfect blood on the cross, he thought he was good enough, but he understood after I reminded my dad how he beat my mom permanently injured, yet I for gave him, but not by my power but by the power of Jesus. He finally understood what John 3 says.
When I told my parents that I was having doubts that God is real when I was in primary school they did not berate me. They told me to pray to God; to ask him to show me that he was real. I’m still a Christian today and you know your God is real when you can trust him with the salvation of your child. That level of faith doesn’t come from wishful thinking. It comes from being proven time and time again that you can trust him.

legit I hear people saying we are brainwashing the kids - so many things wrong with that, but sticking to the point - But it's like we love our kids so much that we make damn sure that Jesus is the way before teaching him. Just as much as we hold their hands crossing a street, and patiently teaching them to use a spoon, etc.
I started studying Islam, read the entire Qur'an, learned the arabic prayers and started becoming so distressed walking around thinking everyone who has never learned arabic and commited to all these rules is going to be condemned, regardless of if they were good people, I was crying for 2 hours, while going around in public, I keep thinking 'I wish we knew the true words of Jesus I wish I could know' and I feel compelled to visit a church and avoid a mosque (never been to either in my life) I'm so conflicted as I recognize that many things in Islam are true and good, but others, how absolutely certain it is that if a person did not speak arabic they would be condemned, and how strictly it isolates a persons life into rules and 'sunnah' that feel like condemnation of anything individual, I just can't believe that God Allah, created all these people in diverse ways and tongues and colours and places, and for centuries people were endlessly condemned regardless of their character, it's just so sad

I converted from islam about two months ago and i have been going through the exact same thing Nabeel discussed in this video. And here is my testimony, an hour has not lasted yet after me praying to God to heal me from doubting whether am really doing the right thing. And this video is just answering it. When the scripture and Isaiah says by his stripes (Jesus) we are heald. It's referencing the whips that broke Jesus skin to blead before the cross. The shedding of blood is symbolic of something death. It's the way to make atonement for our sins NOT to heal us from physical sickness. Leviticus 17:11 GW because blood contains life. I have given this blood to you to make peace with me on the altar. Blood is needed to make peace with me. That was the whole point of an animal sacrifices. I'm only mentioning that verse 'by His stripes we are healed" Because Christians will invoked that verse as a guarantee that the sick person will get healed Because I can't figure out a good reason why he would just believe he was going to get healed. Unless God put that on his heart that was confirmed by someone else, I don't know why he would think he had a promise or a guarantee of being healed.

The important for you to know is to recognize your sin, that Jesus paid your sin debt and arose again, if (conditional) you confess it and believe in your heart, God promises eternal life after resurrection. After you BELIEVE the Holy Spirit will enter your body, you'll know you are saved, everything will change-born-again. How can God save you unless you realize you are lost? 10:31 yes. It's overwhelming. Jesus spoke to me, only a few days ago. I was an atheist. I'm still in shock. My entire world is different now. I feel like I'm held by Him. I feel like Jesus is holding me the way a loving parent holds their baby and says "I will always love you, I will always be by your side". Jesus is real. And for him to experience such a horrible death and overcome it for me, for all of us, please open your heart to his love.

I follow the teachings of jesus and believe he is the son of god. God worked through Jesus, which is why Jeaus needed to fast and isolate. So, if Christian’s think Jesus is God, then I don’t think they’re actually Christians…Jesus Loved God, and so should we. Sounds like the Muslim are one step ahead there. Allah and God are the same to me. Jesus said I am the way, because he gave up his life for the truth. He never sold out. He is the perfect example of how we should live on Earth.

This actually brought me to tears. Sobbing. I was raised in the Christian faith since I was young and always loved Jesus. I didn’t know how much until I saw a movie reenacting his torture and death on the cross and started sobbing. I didn’t think I would react so strongly then, and certainly didn’t think I would now. Although I was lucky to be born in the faith I remember my heart aching at the thought of someone/myself ever converting to another faith. It must’ve been the hardest thing he’s ever had to do, but I’m glad he says it was worth it. Rest in peace Nabeel. God is rejoicing for you in heaven 🕊️

I heard Seeking Allah, Finding Jesus a few years ago. I knew nothing of him before then. By the time we got to the epilogue, my husband and I were in tears. It is a very moving testimony.

We believe in Jesus, infect we love Jesus and believe that he is one of god's favorite profits. we just don't believe he is god, to us god has no body, god is beyond our comprehension god can not be bounded by time or space. Also we believe that everyone is entitled to his sins or good deeds and will be judged by them no one is paying for my sins or yours are anybody.
