Jason Andolina Dave has addressed this question in interviews..he’s flat out said Josh doesn’t work for Barstool and they both are equal partners..I don’t know if you know how ownership works but whatever money the BFF’s channel makes in ad revenue, merch sales or brand deals Josh and Dave get a certain percentage of..they did the pod to combine audiences, which makes sense because Josh has more followers across platforms than all the barstool pages combined

The reason they’re able To make decisions about who to remove is because they have user guidelines and terms in place that everyone agrees to upon making an account. So if your content violates their terms and guidelines they can delete/remove/ban/suspend your account. Now tons of people violate guidelines and nothing happens. But that’s because someone has to report it in order for them to notice usually. If it’s someone who doesn’t have a big following, it may never be noticed. Also usually, just one post isn’t enough to get your entire account deleted or banned. It has to be multiple posts and multiple people/accounts reporting the videos, tweets, posts, and/or accounts. So while there is freedom of speech there are also terms and guidelines.
