I like how as Peter is swinging and talking to MIles, you can hear him breathing harder from the exertion of swinging. It gives us some insight on the fact that web swinging is physically demanding, even for someone as superpowered as Spiderman.

Now just realise the actors had to record 2 versions, one normal and one exhausted, of EVERY sentence said in free roam scenario bits. In every language. And that all that system can get interrupted by a fight, and resume back where it stopped.

Great idea, but I think the server lag would make that hard. You move so quickly in this game that having precise location of characters is gonna be hard, but I’m sure insomniac is up to the challenge so long as it doesn’t affect anything else like gameplay and atory

I love this kind of relationship between peter and miles, somehow it makes me revert back to my childhood where spiderman is the only one spiderman that ever exist before the whole spider verse came out, and how his life would be if there’s someone like him because up until today if we follow the main universe spidey has been doing his hero job, alone..so if only there’s a chance to him to team up with anyone or partners..i prefer someone whose age is like miles in this game however its good to see their relationship, its more like senior and junior in high school style. That’s perfect. It’s absolutely beyond what’s in our mind. Perhaps more story about them.

One of my favorite little things about this game was noticing the difference in Peter's voice when he is either standing or web swinging. When you are just standing still he talks like normal, but when you are web swinging or running or anything requiring physical effort you can actually hear the exertion in his voice. Like I said it's a small thing and if you aren't really paying attention it's something that is easily overlooked, but it adds just that extra bit of realism to the game and I love the devs for it. And his voice actor as well obviously. I imagine they had to redo all the dialogue at least twice to accomplish it

Miles Morales is the reason why my “artist name” is Miles Strong. I remember going to watch “Into The Spider-Verse” and remembering how much I related to Miles at the time. Feeling like no one was able to see the potential in myself. I would apply to jobs, but no one would give me that chance because I did not have the experience. In other situations, I felt like no one saw the potential in me because of my age and appearance. When I completed all the dlcs, at the end of the silver lining dlc it came up with this cutscene, but my game bugged and it was just a black screen so I could only hear the audio. Thanks for making a video on this so I can actully see the cutscene

I shed a tear reading this. It's the greatest.
I like how as Peter is swinging and talking to MIles, you can hear him breathing harder from the exertion of swinging. It gives us some insight on the fact that web swinging is physically demanding, even for someone as superpowered as Spiderman.
That's literally how it is the entire game while playing.

obiously it is from all the pulling yourself up and down getting dizzy lightheaded force pushing into your stomach might push all your organs into your ribs and move them around killing a normal human and also holding on to the web its just that the attention to detail in the voice acting in this game is incredible.
Now just realise the actors had to record 2 versions, one normal and one exhausted, of EVERY sentence said in free roam scenario bits. In every language. And that all that system can get interrupted by a fight, and resume back where it stopped.

Great idea, but I think the server lag would make that hard. You move so quickly in this game that having precise location of characters is gonna be hard, but I’m sure insomniac is up to the challenge so long as it doesn’t affect anything else like gameplay and atory

I love this kind of relationship between peter and miles, somehow it makes me revert back to my childhood where spiderman is the only one spiderman that ever exist before the whole spider verse came out, and how his life would be if there’s someone like him because up until today if we follow the main universe spidey has been doing his hero job, alone..so if only there’s a chance to him to team up with anyone or partners..i prefer someone whose age is like miles in this game however its good to see their relationship, its more like senior and junior in high school style. That’s perfect. It’s absolutely beyond what’s in our mind. Perhaps more story about them.

Imagine if this scene led into a seamless transition like the opening of the game, where you play as Miles learning how to web swing.
Bro I known im super late to this vid, and this may just be in my head, but can we just stop to appreciate the fact that when spiderman is swinging across the city while talking, his breath gets heavy and his words are choppier. I always found that small detail to be amazing.
They recorded two versions of every conversation, one like in the video when Peter is swinging, one if he is stationary.
One of my favorite little things about this game was noticing the difference in Peter's voice when he is either standing or web swinging. When you are just standing still he talks like normal, but when you are web swinging or running or anything requiring physical effort you can actually hear the exertion in his voice. Like I said it's a small thing and if you aren't really paying attention it's something that is easily overlooked, but it adds just that extra bit of realism to the game and I love the devs for it. And his voice actor as well obviously. I imagine they had to redo all the dialogue at least twice to accomplish it

Miles Morales is the reason why my “artist name” is Miles Strong. I remember going to watch “Into The Spider-Verse” and remembering how much I related to Miles at the time.
