That’s not done in a criminal trial with a jury etc. Remember, criminal trials are beyond a reasonable doubt so there’s a process civil trials is more likely than not you did something it’s not beyond a reasonable doubt so they rule on those differently. Unless you meant metaphorically like in the court of public opinion…
