The WRC is the FIA World Rally Championship, a tough motorsport using rally cars on real roads around the world. Watch the best rally drivers battle on gravel and asphalt roads with mud, rain, dust, ice and heat! Watch high speed action as the rally drivers power slide and drift round narrow corners, go flat out over a big jump or through a watersplash, handbrake turn round a hairpin, survive a big moment, or have a massive crash! Rally requires maximum attack and careful tactics to become world rally champion.
Each rally has timed sections called special stages, on closed roads. Drivers complete these stages as quickly as possible. A co-driver reads pace notes that explain the hazards ahead. Rally drivers use the same rally car to travel to each stage on public roads, following normal traffic regulations. The crew which completes all the stages in the shortest time is the rally winner. Championship points are won using the same scoring system as Formula 1. The championship is administered by Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA), motorsport's world governing body.
Over 30 countries have hosted WRC rallies. Rally Monte Carlo, Rally Argentina, Rally Finland, Rally Portugal, Tour de Corse on Corsica, France, Rally Sardegna on Sardinia, Italy, Safari Rally in Kenya, Acropolis Rally in Greece, Rally New Zealand, Rally Australia, Rally Japan, Rally GB, Rally Catalunya, Rallye Deutschland, Rally Mexico and many more.
Some of the world's greatest drivers have won the FIA World Rally Championship for Drivers, like Colin McRae, Carlos Sainz, Walter Röhrl, Stig Blomqvist, Petter Solberg, Ott Tänak. The list of world rally champions includes many Finnish rally drivers like Juha Kankkunen, Tommi Mäkinen, Ari Vatanen, Marcus Grönholm, Hannu Mikkola. French drivers have had success with Sébastien Ogier, and 9 times world champion Sébastien Loeb. Famous drivers from other motorsports have come to try rally driving like Ken Block from Rallycross, and Robert Kubica and Kimi Räikkönen from F1.
Car companies compete for the prestigious FIA World Rally Championship for Manufacturers awarded to the most successful WRC constructor. Winners include Citroen, Hyundai, Volkswagen and Peugeot. Ford have had success with the Ford Escort, Ford Focus and Ford Fiesta when the M-Sport team won in 2017.
The 1980's featured the iconic Group B rally cars like the Lancia 037 and Delta S4, Peugeot 205 T16, MG Metro 6R4, Ford RS200 and Audi Quattro.
Japan dominated the 1990s with the Mitsubishi Lancer, Subaru Impreza, and Toyota Celica and Toyota Corolla. Toyota returned to the WRC in 2017 with the Toyota Yaris WRC, winning in 2018 and 2020. Cuz before it was fucking amazing, talkin like 19 or 20 years ago, on the tv, on the newspaper, the sides of the roads were full of people, mitsubishi, toyota, subaru, skoda, ford, seat, citroen, hyundai, peugeot, i think even audi and renault were still in these years, all of them in the same rally, now its just amazing

- Not enough competitors - Camera coverage is disappointing, a lot more potential for things like roadside cameras during the runs IMO - Cars don't relate at all to road-going models, in some cases these WRC cars don't even have a consumer-available version that's even AWD
No coverage and the events are paid walled. Also, it's more european motorsport. Most americans only know NASCAR.

I feel disappointed by my team,HYUNDAI, i donno whats happening with Tanaka and Neuville,i was banking on these two gentlemen as much,but then the season is still young and there`s still some more rallies to go,and am personally hopping they gonna deal with the Yaris team of Evans and Ogier as well.Am supporting HYUNDAI
此のラリーでのシェイクダウンのステージ事の個人的な見方での「面白味」が個々のラリードライヴァーの画面に表示される(アクセルワークとブレーキワークのインジケーターの動きと其の際のスピード表示の速度とギア速＝使用して居るギア)での比較です〜！！ 先ずは〜車種の違いも有るしラリードライヴァーの個性や感性での判断でのアクセルワークです〜！！ 同じ車種で有っても扱い方やセッティングの仕方と言う個人の感性での感覚で(ベストと言うキーポイントに大きく違いが有る) もっと突き詰めれば〜ラリーカーの操作での対応にも大きく影響すると言う事を指します。 其れは〜セッティングポイントも同じ車種でも外見は一緒でも中身が大きく違うと言う事実〜！！ シェイクダウンだけに限って言えば＞タイヤチョイスも個々で違うしラリードライヴァーが選択権が大きく影響するその上足回りも数多く有るパーツからチョイス出来る訳です前後輪の足回りを意図的に変える事も有る〜其れは四輪駆動での「パワー配分にも影響が有る〜実例で言えば山岳ステージの場合は四輪駆動での登り坂の場合はパワーを後輪に使います80%以上〜！！ 其の際は足回りの酷使は前輪の足回りより遥かに高い訳です〜此れが前後輪が同じ場合は摩耗して性能を正常に発揮出来無い訳ですから事前に分かって居るから当然前後輪の足回りは違います。 そして山岳ステージの登りがきつければ当然〜降りもきつく成り急勾配に成る其の上グラベルステージではターマックの様にブレーキを踏んでイメージ通りの範疇で停止出来る訳が無いのがグラベルステージです急勾配で車重は前輪に大きくのし掛かり前輪のブレーキとエンジンそしてサイドブレーキでスピードが乗って居る現状で操作し無いと行け無い訳です〜直線の急勾配ならいざ知らずシケインも有ればヘアーピンカーブも有るしクランクも有る中で決定打は路面がグラベルと言う事〜砂利が多い路面か？ 轍の多い路面か？砂地か？粘土質か？が把握出来無いし道幅も狭い〜車重の重量で路面状況が目まぐるしく刻々と変化する〜ステージ〜登れば登る程空気が薄く成りエンジンパワーのポテンシャルを著しく落とす〜平地でのパワーを100%とすれば30〜40%は落ちる〜今迄なら3速で走行出来燃費も良く計算内で収まった燃費が山を登れば登る程己が車両の重量が仇に成り3速では登れ無く成り1速から2速ギアを落さ無いと己が車両の車重が重くて登れ無い〜その分燃費も落ちる〜其のダメージはラジエーターの水温を上げオーバーヒートの原因になる。 インタークーラーの無いラリーカーではきつい。 外気でラジエーターを冷やして居るラリーカーにすれば！！ 其れにドライヴァーの感性でトランスミッションのギアボックスのギア自体を変えトルクの高いギア比に変えるドライヴァーも居る〜！！ 其れは6速ギアの他のギアにも影響を及ぼすギア比＝(円盤状に刻まれし「爪の数と其の爪の深さ迄変える其れはトルクを得るには他のギアの厚さより厚く成り重量を増すと言う事限られた広さしか無い所に厚い物が入れな余裕はますます余裕が無く成る〜トルクを得るには(円馬上に刻まれる爪の数を減らし其の爪の深さをより深くして初めて得られる訳です1回転するには大変時間が掛かり其の上エンジン回転数の幅が極端に狭く成り直ぐにレッドゾーンに成ってしまう訳です〜其れを理解して居るドライヴァーはアクセルワークを片足で細かく操作して車を前に進め望む速度を維持しなくてはならない訳です片足でアクセルを操作して片足でエンジン回転数を見ながらブレーキ操作するんでする。 そして一様スニネンがトップだけど 先ず何も考えて居ないだろう〜他の選手は先を見据えてパワーと戦略を考慮してマインドコントロールして操って居る最中なのに此奴はチーム戦略の一環のラリーカーのポテンシャルを全部見せちゃって他チームに情報を提供しちゃって居る〜阿保だスニネンとガスは。 フォードのワークスチームの山岳ステージの攻略手段の戦略と能力ラリーカーのセッティング方法を暴露早くも序盤戦で〜此れから先の戦いの指針で有る方向性を晒した。 此れから未だ山岳ステージが有ると言うのに情報を与えて対策出来る時間を与えた阿保な2人〜ドライに行動したラッピは流石〜！！ ヌービルは粗思惑通りのタイム内で収まったからコメントして居ても笑みが出たのだろう〜恐らく！！ オジエのタイムはオジエのタイヤチョイスのミスなのでは此処迄落ちるとは想定外〜ベスト5圏内だと見てた！！ ロバンペラ〜コメントは恐らく専属のチームリーダーから教えられて居るのだろう〜発言で言う範疇を〜！！ 放映される事の無いクラスで今迄ラリーを演って来て取材もコメントも己自身を録画された経験が皆無でしょう〜其れも全世界に一挙配信されると言う事は委縮して何言ったかの記憶もぶっ飛んで居る故に専属のチームリーダーから諭されて居る故に緊張した顔で応えて居る様に見える。

magellanmax what does the year of the engine have to do with anything? 90s engines are often tuned to make a lot more power and they can handle it. Plus this isn’t a drag race, horse power in no way dictates who’s going to win. Only fools think the car itself is what carries them to victory.

I would think they would do the same thing in rally, specially cuz there's a million turns, a very hard and technical race. But im obviously not a pro, it's just my dumb opinion.

Je comprends pas pourquoi les sous-titres sont automatiquement en anglais et en aucune autre langue,ils nous font bien chier avec leurs langues,commentaires en anglais et sous-titres en anglais en fait si tu parles justes ta langue et bien tu n’as pas le droit de comprendre
