I visited both camps in 1996..Did you happen to go up in to the watchtower at birkenau.?...i did and took several pictures of the camp from there..i have never forgotten the visit..Let's hope this never happens again..thank you for the upload.

My brother died recently and in a modern-day unit the cremation company told me it took their ovens with direct fire two hours to process him. So how is radiated heat quicker than these modern day units with modern bells and whistles?

A small correction: There is no "Auschwitz" city in Poland, it's "Oświęcim". And german translation is "Auschwitz". Worth to add both names in title.

Po zajęciu Polski w roku 1939 Niemcy utworzyli KL Auschwitz na terytorium wcielonym do IIIRzeszy. Pierwszy transport więźniów to Polacy przywiezieni przez Niemców z więzienia w Tarnowie.

Jest to niemiecki obóz zagłady ludzi, w Oświęcimiu, obóz koncentracyjny,na terenie okupowanej polski.
