Volkswagen Taigun: Should You Buy One? | View
The Volkswagen Taigun, the German, urban SUV, seems expensive. But is it worth buying? Especially given that its rivals include the Hyundai Creta, Honda Elevate and more? Kartikeya says on MotorInc View, that the Taigun can be a very interesting SUV to drive around town in some ways, and it makes a lot less sense in others.

No way you guys actually paywalled old free videos! I mean i get it if they were new releases but old videos that have been on the channel for a while? Also, paywalling reviews is stupid, makes no sense
Need a proper video like this on virtus gt 1.5
@@Abhi-now Paywalling new videos and then making them free after a few months makes sense. What they have done, doesnt.
Share the membership link in the begining of a month not at the end
Are you guys paywalling the reviews? I can't find the Himalayan review. I could see list of old videos paywalled ! This is seriously not a great move !
The over was going great, then Kartikay threw a curveball at the last moment and clean bowled us with a Virtus on Tiagun's Pitch. I love it! Every car enthusiast's secret love of a sedan coming to the surface in this video.
Hello TB! Sedans do talk differently. But the logic of why to get one is so hard to argue against!
Great episode. We acquired a 1.5 DSG Taigun (Lava Blue) in September, and as happy Polo owners since 2010, there was no other car on the market that would've cut it. The Taigun may not be German enough in some regards that older VWs were, and doesn't have quite the pizzazz that the Koreans offer, but its still a sublime experience that will make you slowly fall in love with the car and then there's nothing else that comes close. The 1.5L motor is gem with imperceptible gear shifts, and with my dad's extremely light foot, returns an insane 22-24 kmpl on highway runs (with 2-cylinder mode) while still having the beast mode on tap if you press your foot down. Another thing - My uncle had got a i20 when we got our Polo, and now their car looks like a 13-14 year old car with faded plastics and rusted panels; whereas our Polo just looks a couple of years old. Since we intend to keep the Taigun for a good 15 years at least, that kind of agelessness is what VW delivers that very few other brands do. As for why not the Virtus, its too long for our use case!
Hey Shubhendu! Thanks for signing up for a membership! It sounds like you've had a terrific experience with the Germans cars and that's awesome! Can't wait to find out how your Taigun does over the really long term too - best of luck!
That Lava Blue Taigun does look Sexy every car manufacturer should have that type of colour.......Hyundai Offers this Same Colour in Latin America in their new Hyundai Accent better known as Verna in India but they don't provide it in India :(
I agree with you on Polo. I have 2012 polo, looks so age less, plastics color is intact color shines as good as new after wash... Just wow. My daughters can't even think of selling it for new car. Not even me. If VW launch new Polo I will surely go for that,.
How's the AC in the summers dude?
@@araniroy No problem whatsoever. It takes a couple minutes longer to cool the cabin down compared to the Polo, but nothing to be bothered by. Ventilated seats in the GT+ variant are a boon in the coastal regions.
I have already done 46k on my 2.5 years old taigun, this is one of the best car to munch the miles with 3-4 people on board. It has most features you would like. Touch based ac controls should be done with. Engine, performance, braking and mileage is superb. I got 16+ every time I went for long drives. This is a under appreciated car.
Hullo TJ! Thanks for sharing your garage world with us! Which engine and transmission though?

Hi Sakshith! Glad to know you enjoyed it. Look forward to seeing you there. Take your time to decide. 🙏🏾
Happy owner of a 1.5L manual Kushaq(Taigun's Czech brother) for 1 year. Absolute driver's car, for anyone considering a mid size SUV, do go for a test drive. Only that'll give a sense of how nice this car is to drive and the power on tap that it has. Mileage not the greatest though, I average 13.5 kmpl with a heavy foot and 15 kmpl with a light foot on highways. Best I ever got was 17 kmpl on a long straight expressway.
Wassup!! Ermmm…. My man! Glad to hear about your Euro machine. How has the service been? And the air con?
@@motorinc had 1st service recently, happy with it so far. Air con is decent, quite cool at the front and rear passengers haven't complained.
This segment of cars should be relabeled as crossovers and not suvs
By any name… would they do it for you?
Then who will spend 21 Lakhs on a crossover?
@@motorinc Not really. I like my bum as close to the ground as it can get and the ride as stiff as possible. Hatchback or sedans for me any day.
Potato potato..
The moment they do that, the segment will lose its value.
The point Karthikeya has raised about the seating comfort is actually spot on, the seats did feel exceptional in the Taigun, even for the middle seat of the 2nd row. What took me by surprise was the fact that, these seats were a touch more comfortable than the ones on the Elevate.
Hey Varun! Glad to hear you felt that way too!
Hey, Thank you for making this one. Appreciate it :)
Hey DK! Super glad to hear that!
Love this type of reviews, Great video.👍

Perfectly put 👌🏼short and precise. Being a Taigun owner I am in complete agreement with you with every point you made. By the way in all probability will be taking delivery of Virtus GT plus 1.5 DSG tomorrow. It’ll be fantastic if you can make same sort of video for Virtus too? There is something about this channel which without any hullabaloo conveys the truth and clears any doubts one has. Keep up the good work 👍🏼
Hi again A! Thanks so much! And congratulations on the new car! We look forward to driving and talking about the Virtus too.
Excellent and on point presentation Kartikeya Sir
Thank you so much Sunderdeep!

@sunderdeep ji , I purchased Taigun 1.5GT+. Kindly come to Mohali for owners review sir. I used to drive Polo 1.5 TDi since 2016.. Its Like VW 2.0 for me 😊.. And Thank you Kartikeya ji
After driving a used Verna for around 4years, I bought a Kushaq 1.0 MT in October ‘23 for a change. As much as I love driving the Kushaq, I must agree that the clutch could and shoud have been a bit lighter. But that is something we can get used to in a few weeks time. During test drives, I felt Taigun’s suspension is a bit on the stiffer side as compared to its sibling. So I think Kushaq handles the bad roads a bit better. (NGL once in a while you get the ‘Ouch!!’ feeling when passing over a relatively larger pothole.) There are a few other issues as well which are not expected from VAG, like window roll noise and a better AC. However, inspite of all these issues, its put a big smile on your face every time you stel on to the gas.
@@MainakDey10agree with your points Brother

Motorinc is probably one of the only channels I don't increase the speed from 1x. More often than not, the reviews are poetry in motion. Keep up the good work! 🙌
Thank you for the kind words @Kartwheel-18!
Got the Kushaq 1.5 TSI DCT back in January. It's been lovely, just about to cross 4000kms on the odo. Air con has its ups and downs but for the most of the part it works good. One thing I found most annoying is the seatbelt buckle positioning, my driver's side also seems to be a bit fidgety. I'm sure I can get that fixed at the service center. Another thing I believe it misses out on is the ability to change skins in the infotainment system. Been thinking of getting sun shades or some UV tint along with a dual trumpet horn since the one installed right now doesn't sound very german. Also, the gear shifting from 1st to 2nd makes a jittery sound and the gearbox seems to struggle at a lower speed mostly at a turn. Anyway, Great Video MotorInc!
Hey Amod! Super happy to hear about the 1.5! And thanks for sharing your experience. Will be super helpful for others looking to decide too. 🙏🏾

Hi KJ! Noted! And thank you!
Waiting for delivery this weekend for the VW Virtus 1.0 TSI... I'm really excited! 🥳 Initially, I was looking for an SUV-I test drove the Creta, Seltos, Elevate, Astor, Nexon, and Taigun-but believe me, I gave the Virtus a try just for fun, and it immediately mesmerized me. The handling, comfort, and looks were fantastic!

Thank for the great quality content as usual. For all of your Taigun related videos, do we automatically assume the same for Kushaq too?
For most things, yes. The Kushaq’s disadvantage is - its interiors - dashboard plastics feel terribly creaky and cheap. Do check out our Slavia review for some perspective. Also - if you have any other queries - do hit us up. Thanks!
@@motorinc thanks for your response. How's the plastic quality different from the kushaq? Are there different materials used?

Guys, a quick question, if you would indulge me. Would the videos (like the four-way comparison between 400cc motorcycles uploaded yesterday) forever be behind a paywall? Is this a permanent change going forward?
I would like to know too, they also made some older videos members only like the Himalayan 450 review
Hey Dhruv! We moved a bunch of paywalled videos to a lower tier yesterday already. But members only content is in additional to our usual content flow. They don't replace our usual content. And in that sense, there's no plan to release them to public at the moment - there's no release slots available.
I understand any business has to make money. But isn't 400 bucks a month a lot for membership? Can that be brought down to below triple digits per month? Which makes it worth considering it.
Great views presented as always. Been driving 1lt auto in Bengaluru for the last 4 months. It didn't feel jerky but felt laggy in the first gear. I was told this was done deliberately for newer drivers to get accustomed to the torque it generates. I don't see this as a concern as you can short shift to 2nd gear and move on to reduce the lag a bit.
Thanks PP! That’s a good tip. Will keep that in mind and try it next time.
I think this is the only channel where thy have never asked us to subscribe to this channel or like a video(not that I have heard anytime)..still this is one of my favourite auto channels on KZhead

Hullo GK! Thanks for the suggestion. We look forward to it too.
Hello Motorinc, Great video on the VW Taigun. By the way I'm confused about which car to buy. I have 2 options on my table: the Taigun and MG Astor. I prefer the Taigun more because it has become my dream car to buy. Its premium design, safety, luxurious feel makes me crave it. However, on the other hand, the MG Astor is a lot practical and offers better VFM as it comes with all the basic features at the base model itself. Should I sacrifice the price for a cool looking Urban SUV? or sacrifice the dream for a better VFM SUV within the budget? Can you help me with that?
Taigun or no Taigun is your call but if you ask me or anyone with some knowledge of Indian automobile industry about MG Astor than I’d say won’t touch Astor even with a barge pole. Nothing to write home about that brand and especially Astor. Avoid!
Hey V! I’m with A - i don’t think the Astor is the better buy. Its fuel efficiency is compromised - but that’s because it’s heavy. Which affects everything. Please let us know what you need. We’ll try and help you out here.
Thanks for the detailed video can you do for Kushaq also
Noted Pushp! We’ll work towards that. Thanks for staying with us!
Thank you @motorinc team really appreciate the content
Can someone tell what is that thing hanging out from underbody of the car (ref under the rear door of the car)?
Hola! That’s just cladding there. We have noticed it before too.
Thank you for pointing out the issue with 1.0 . Although not bad, the non linear and jerky initial power is not something I would choose
Agreed. The sad bit is - most people will think it’s cheaper, it’s less powerful and hence will be easier to drive in the city. Which is not the case.
Great review! 🎉 Virtus next?
Hullo PM! Do stay tuned! It’s on our list!
Should I go with the dsg even though most of the driving will be in city(delhi traffic), considering the reliability concerns? Please help me decide
Is that a Matte PPF on the gold Taigun? The lighting looks lovely. Great work as always, guys.
Thank you for the compliments SS. We'll pass them on to the team.
Hi Team, Excellent work! I had booked the car when it was launched however, my budget permitted me to go for the 1.0L base model. I cancelled the car due to its poor AC and low speed drivibility in the city. I always loved the POLO however missed the opportunity to buy one. Thank you for the video, I will keep hunting for the preowned Polo ;)
All the best CT! And thanks for telling us your story! Now we are invested. Let us know when you find THE ONE!
Hi @motorinc..i am a avid car and bike enthusiast but a school student and can't afford membership..will i have to miss out on all those schumi and kartikeya's amazing talks and fun conversations
No you won’t. Just stick around and see. We look forward to hearing from you in a couple of weeks. Your regular content flow remains the same ! And study up!
I have a couple of questions, Kartikeya as I'm mulling over the Taigun because of the tasty offers and need for a second car (like the crossover look, not interested in the Germanness per se): 1. Is there are workaround on the ACs, i.e. imagine Delhi summers ith 45-46 degrees. If the Taigun AC is put to 16 (lowest) and left with fan speed maximum and idle start-stop off, even then does it help cool the cabin optimally in max 10 mins or not? Or is it just a lost cause. 2. Exactly how stiff is the ride in cities? Say there are those rumbles on service roads or just before traffic lights where car's in low speed... will the ride be bumpy enough to hurt the back, especially with elders sitting in the car?
Hey Kunal! The only workaround is to get heat rejecting clear films, give some cool down time and hope for more open roads so that the cabin cools faster. On t most days you’ll manage. But afternoon starts- after it’s been sitting in the sun - you will feel it. Suspension. You don’t have to worry about back pain. It’s just firm. So you learn to take some care. Do let us know if you have any other queries. And, all the best.
Love the Title.. I didn't need to hear what Kartikeya said on the topic, before I pressed the Like button 🙂

Owner of Kushaq ‘manual’ for a while now. Chose over cousin Taigun only for the looks. Loving each drive, especially when the roads are clear ☺️..
Hullo PKGK! Which engine? Thanks in advance!
@@motorinc 1.0 TSI. The only dull moment is until turbo kicks in. Decent mileage of 13-14 on city roads on any good day and 16-17 on highways (due to bothering speed alarm). This was my first European car after long association with the Koreans and I admire my decision.
Good to know!
Great Review! Since December 23, I've been driving the 1.0AT. While it's comfortable for four adults on long trips, the rear seat isn't ideal for five due to a hump in the middle. Despite this, the engine performs well, never feeling underpowered. The car handles excellently with stable highway driving and impressive steering feedback. However, fuel efficiency in the city is lacking, and initial acceleration feels a bit urgent with some roughness. Nevertheless, it outshines competitors in its segment and even compares favorably to diesel tata cars in higher segments in terms of driving dynamics.
Excellent report, Vikas! Thanks! How has your service experience been so far?
@@motorinc The service has been satisfactory, similar to what you'd expect from others like Maruti or Hyundai. It's been free up to now, with no charges incurred. However, the service advisor lack sufficient knowledge about the car. Overall, it's adequate, but it doesn't quite measure up to the standards set by MG or Toyota.
Thanks for letting us know!

Hey 0! We haven’t driven the 300. So, can’t comment on that. Virtus request noted!
How does the Venue Nline DCT compare for city traffic when comparing with Taigun 1.0 litre AT?
The Venue will be smoother. 👍🏽
I hear that the suspension problem of the Taigun is fixed in it's sister car the Skoda Kushaq. Does this make it a better option over the VW sibling for mostly city driving with road conditions like in Bengaluru ??
The Taigun was a bit softer. But, not by very much.
We need A detailed video on Karthikeya's perspective of Sedan over SUV... 😊
We’re asking him to get ready!
How can a DCT Specifically dq200 is better than a torque converter in stop and go traffic please explain
So, are you recommending Virtus in place of Taigun ?
It's a good option for sure. Do let us know if you have questions, Bharat
Initially I went to showroom with Taigun 1.5 GT in mind and i have test driven it and instantly liked it. The virtus GT standing next is pulling my heart strings to do a testdrive and went ahead with the test drive. Rest is history..Booked Virtus GT and now a happy owner of it... For me, Virtus felt more german than taigun both externally and internally!!
Wunderbar! Thanks for sharing! Would love to know more about your drives and life with it. Thanks in advance.
Nice. Last line felt like batting for Virtus at the cost of poor Taigun. Will definitely out off many from buying.
Hey Sandesh! People getting the right car for themselves is far more important than which car they prefer/choose.
Hey @motorinc if u can do a comparison of this segment that would be more helpful.
Hullo SV! Thanks for asking. Any specific vehicles you would like to see compared?
Very well put. I am the biggest fan of VWs and was in the market for a compact or urban SUV as you call it. Test drove everything and the Taigun 1.5 was definitely the best to drive but everything else about it was such a let down. 10 year old Octavias and Polos felt better inside than the Kushaq or the Taigun and I’m not talking features. Just the feel. There were creaking noises and everything you touched felt cheap. I so wanted the Taigun to be a winner on all fronts. When you pay almost 23 lac (Bangalore rates ), you must feel special getting inside the car everyday even if you have to just crawl through traffic for 30 mins. At this price there are used Kodiaqs in the market. Finally settled for the Seltos Turbo DCT (wife had a say too). It isn’t bad to drive at all. And feels like a car worth the price. Yes, safety is a concern but had to make a decision. So far pretty happy with the Seltos. I come out fresh even after 400kms of driving. Everything is just sorted. Hoping Taigun gets a facelift soon.
Hullo DA! We can feel you. And we get it. And we wish it happens too. We need the best of VW. They need it too. Thanks so much for taking time to write in.

Absolutely!
Just a crazy combo thought, how about virtus with a hybrid system + TSI engine + DSG. Of course, if someone asks me to choose between Virtus and Taigun considering the practicality quotient, I would choose virtus only.
Hi Karthik, is it possible for you guys to make a detailed podcast on VW 2.0 cars or at least a long-term report of your experience driving this car.
What are the factors that makes a car built to last ? I often hear this on Vw’s & Skoda’s , though I’ve seen them on road , i haven’t driven a Skoda / Vw And what factors make a bad / poorly engineered car ? I want a perspective and opinion from you guys !
Hey Parthian! In the comments from our members yesterday, there's a great comment that gives you a full sense of what the difference is. Please do check it out!
I got the Kushaq 1.5 DSG and the reason I didn't pick the Virtus/Slavia was congested parking in my society. The Kushaq just demands less space and a recent trip to Nainital proved that the size was just right.
Hey MS! Fine that’s one reason we can’t argue with. 😁
Hi team @MotorInc, could you please make a video on honda elevate?
We did: kzhead.info/sun/jN5mnsaOsGSpfHA/bejne.html

Exactly! And it’s better when it’s loaded.
Wat do you think about the elder sibling with tiguan.? Pls share ur valuable thoughts.

Nothing can beat the POLO, it was the best car in terms of safety, quality, power, I just imagine if vw has launched a polo with 1.5 turbo, that would kill all the sales of vw in India

I love German small cars. Recently bought a taigun 1.5 dsg only because a hatchback wasn’t available. Chose it over virtus because of its shorter length. What do you think?
Did you need the smaller length for a reason?
@@motorinc yes, feels like I have more control over the vehicle. Just to zip around the city, park it at confined spaces etc
Can some one suggest Which is better for under 16 L. Fuel,.safety (ok), looks , better boot space, 5 members comfort, resale and maintenance should cover. Tell me one. Thinking of grand vitara ..what you say?
The 1.5 NA if grand vitara is the most underpowered in the segment, it's the same engine from brezza for godsake. I have test driven the brezza and the engine does fine for a full house and under city conditions where the rpm doesn't exceed 3k. You wouldn't recognise the lack of power. But things are different in highway where the engine feels a bit strainer when you push it. If you are primarily going to use it for city and occasional highway trips then grand vitara would be a good choice, if it's the vice versa then you can consider the Creta
Hullo PH, we rate the GV highly. It’s great for city use and highways. The only caveat as Manoj mentioned is that you just drive a bit calmly.
I got a vw polo 1.5tdi 2014 10 years old and have run 60k. It runs only in city. I am looking for a upgrade to vw taigun 1.0 comfortline manual . I mainly use my car in mumbai city . Do you recommend this vehicle for this purpose?
Yes but not manual, get the automatic. Much better for city and turbo lag is much better managed in automatic
@@Newbutold the problem is budget . the VW taigun has automatic only in high line which cost almost 18 lakhs too expensive. I wished they had automatic from comfortline. Could you tell me the mileage I can expect from the 1ltr manual. ? Or should I wait for xuv 3x0?
You should drive and decide. The manual will be smoother to drive. Also, why not look at some other options?
@@motorinc could you tell me a good option under 14 lakhs? The VW taigun comfortline with all discounts and loyalty bonuses Comes under 13.2 lakhs [ looks like a value for money package] Or should I wait for xuv 3x0?

One question, is having a rear wiper a must have feature in SUVs?
For hatchbacks and SUVs, on wet roads the spray from the rear tyres dirties the rear windscreen. This limits what you can see behind you. The wiper and washer are helpful in that scenario. So, we would want every hatch and SUV to have one. We would recommend getting one especially for highway users. Else - you just have to be prepared to drive more carefully and take care to clear the rear screen at regular intervals.
@motorinc The reason I asked is that my father is planning to buy Kia Sonet and that rear wiper feature is available on higher variants (from htx+). And we know that as we go to higher variants, price do increase. Which variants would you recommend buying?
Hi Dushyant, we won’t ask you to step up to a variant just for that. Hope that helps!
@@motorinc Yes. We can carry a cloth and bottle of water
My first drive was the VW POLO my friend bought with a 4 cylinder engine... i loved the feel of it and when i went to buy one myself the variant my frfiend had was discontinued but instead there was a 1.0L 3 cylinder variant. It's not bad in anyway and the mileage is amazing but i feel that the car lost it's excitement trying to be competitive.
Hey P! We know what you mean. 🫤
there should be a comparison video between all these new suv's and the Og that launched this segment , the Ford Ecosport ❤
Btw I booked Citroen C3 aircross, Top Variant automatic 5 seater version. Hope it's an ok decision.
Hey Vikas, we have a MotorInc First about the C3 Aircross. Have you checked it out? And congratulations on your decision!
Hi, how different/ better is Vritus sedan compared to this?
Better boot, better comfort, better style (to our eyes), same features, and lower price!
@@motorinc And how does VW twins compare against Skoda twins?
Awesome work as ever MotoInc, When are you making a video on Virtus. Been waiting forever. Like a 50 mins or at least 10 mins video.
Hullo PIP! 😁 Thanks for waiting. We have it on our list. 🙏🏾
@motorinc This is a completely unrelated question, but a lot of your older videos which were free is now apparently only "Members Only" Does this mean all content will eventually be paywalled after a few months?
No Rohan, not all of it. Under 30% of the old catalogue is behind the paywall. No plan to move ever more of the older stuff to members-only
@@motorinc sure thing, I'm all for you monetizing. One last question, Do you have a schedule for members exclusive videos?
Definitely one members-only release a week for a View/Balance or longer format for sure. And all films will be early release for Members before they go to public.
This is therapy. ☺️
Awesome to hear that!
Creta N line vs Taigun DCT ?? Whats ur pick up😊
Creta N Line. It’s easily more enjoyable in more situations.
Iam convinced wateever you are saying in a godly voice❤, yes iam thinking to buy the new gt line sports plus dsg.
Well, we don't want you to buy it only because of Kartikeya's voice @gauravjhala6268. Take his opinions and definitely get a test ride. The voice is just a bonus!
Can you upload a review about mg astor?
Thanks for the reco Raju.
Virtus was a great tease btw😂😂😂
😁 It’s true!
I own a 1.0 AT since 2 and a half years . Highline variant . Ride quality is much better than the topline cuz of the 16 inchers . Speaker quality is good . Handling and ride quality is one the best in segment . The only problem is the jerky automatic which u do get much accustomed to . And that 1.0 is no joke . It's pretty quick especially from 0 - 80 . However fuel efficiency not good at all . Mix driving i get 10 kmpl . Overall 1.5 would be definitely better with more power , smoothness and efficiency but if u are on a budget highline is great vfm but never get the manual.
Hey AM! Thanks so much for sharing your experience here. Super helpful!
You are spot on with your Review. Yes, it's less German than Polo or Vento. But good enough as far as Safety is concern. Apart from being small it offers noisy Cabin, lacks good feature list among the midsized SUVs. Doubts on After-Sales Services, high Labour charges & affordability of Spares even after 90+% localisation. Agreed because of driving dynamics it should demands premium over rivals. But until you offer the same feature list as compensation. Its not acceptable since You offer less cabinspace & feature list Yet ask for Premium is not justified alongwith history of High Maintenance Costs in India. And that's the reason why it fails to attact buyers who are pampered by Competition.
Hello RS! Thanks for taking time to share your view. Means a lot. And, yes. The badge needs better support from the machine behind it.
Can you do a review on the vw virtus?
Can do! Thanks for the suggestion!
9:00 9mm less ground clearance And slightly smaller aporoach angle And much smaller departure angle And 340mm more length
👍🏽
The point is , we test drove a kushaq and i have driven a Nline , comparing the two , creta even after stiffening the suspension and their so called hardening the structure, The car still needs to be handled softer compared to a 1.0 kushaq itself
Great to have your take R! The Taigun chassis is awesome. No two ways. 👍🏽
I was thoroughly impressed with the taigun. There are flaws definitely, the suspension being hard is one of them. But i did really enjoy my experience sitting shotgun in the taigun. It is however sad that vw doesnt sell much. With that would change, because the cars are really good.
Hey DT! Thanks for sharing your drive. Just curious - where did you drive it? And which variant!
@@motorinc I was actually sitting shotgun, it's my cousins car. It was the 1L 6 speed auto. The drive was incredible. We were driving in bengaluru city traffic and then also took it up to nice road. I noticed the comfort, the premiumness and just the general nature of "ive got everything, and ive got a lot more than that; you can relax" vibe in the traffic, but once the traffic clears and its time to get going, the performance, the engine getting a bit vocal and the way the engine changes its response from the gentle low-rpm commute to the mid-high rpm power rush, makes all of the above just become a 2nd consideration. It did put a smile on everyone inside the cabin. I did feel though, the crossover/suv form and the 1L engine were perhaps holding the car back a little, but in no way did that stop the smile on my face.
