IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Jay Nation is no longer the active KZhead account associated with Sleight of Hand 101. Sleight of Hand 101 was meant to guide beginner card magicians into the realm of magic and then to push them towards higher learning through other cardistry entities. There are 31 tutorials under Sleight of Hand 101 and there will be no more posts. I understand that this may frustrate some of you, but my new media business "Milson Productions" is my passion and will lead this channel forward from here on out. I hope you can understand. Please enjoy the tutorials and, if you dare, check out some of my new creations under Milson Productions! Thank you!

  • That double lift was very well done. You do it so fast even when showing us how it's hard to follow.

  • I use a variation where I give the participant the Ace of spades, and they pick a card, when they pick the card I place it on top and do some false cuts to make them think it's lost. Afterwards I place the Ace of spades(or the time machine) on top of the deck, double lift... and say "Let me alter time to when I had your card in my hand, and do the shake change. It's amazing hehe!

    @jferry12_@jferry12_9 жыл бұрын
    • ja f You put a random card in the center (not the participant) and take a double lift causing the illusion to be the 3 in the center and the ace on top. When you flip the ace over and push the jack in, you are then taking the top card (the 3--the participant) and putting it in the center. The rest is just spinning the card and explaining the switch

    • btw, Been looking for this tutorial where you shuffle the deck, give the deck to an audience member. You ( The Magician) turn around and whilst you are turned around the audience member chooses a card at random memorizes that card places it back in the deck and places then the deck back into its packet closes it up, then the Magician turns round and guesses the card they chose, somehow getting it right. Would Love A Tutorial If you understand the trick i'm talking about. there is no fake deck or deck order at all soo... IDK its driving me crazy I would love to be able to perform that! Cheers
