A MIND BLOWING New Pokémon Could be Coming to Pokémon Legends: Z-A
There is a MIND BLOWING New Pokemon that could potentially be coming to Pokemon Legends: Z-A, based on certain evidence, and in this video, I will be discussing who this Pokemon is, why it's so mind blowing, and the evidence that makes their introduction possible!

Hope you guys enjoy this one! Do you think we could actually see a Pokemon like this in Legends Z-A? (Also edit: I evidently misread the type chart when double checking everything for this video and got steel and ground backwards 😅 in that scenario it works just as well though, with the “protagonist” Pokemon being strong against the “villain” ultimate weapon Pokemon. My b lol)
Definitely. Also, I’m not sure why but I feel like Nintendo might disappoint us with the Mega Pokémon in Legends Z-A and to be honest, I get the feeling only the mega Pokémon we got to know in XY and ORAS will be in Z-A and no other megas will be in. I could just be speculating this though and Nintendo could surprise us, but we’ll have to wait and see if they are keeping the old megas only or introducing new ones.
You do make sense on thus theory, we've had sort of a type 0 for 3 of the 4 new mechanics of pokemon, but never got one for mega evolution, there had to be a source for it right? Most likely a pokemon since ecen the z crystals in sun and moon came from necrozma, so mega stones had to come from a legendary
the "-" between z and a could be a new pokemon
artificial hexagons, natural leaf pattern, the corrupted order and the chaos that's in check and not taint or wild = chaos plot twisted
and maybe haven't seen the chao Pokémon because trap in the weapon and after the weapon destroy wants revenge and maybe if humans thinks nature chaos and lie about this new Pokémon be pure chao their wrong it's the original in-between life and death and called the balance Pokémon and replace with zygarde and lie about this new Pokémon, plot twist
ground is superefictive against steel
🤓nerd
How is being good at the game and having knowledge being a nerd bro
Bro this is common knowledge for most veterans to Pokemon@@ThatKidRyker
But it does resist Dragon👆🏼👉🏼👆🏼👉🏼
So is flying against electric
At 5:28, it is mentioned that Ground is weak to Steel, but Steel is actually weak to Ground!
Random thought about Zygarde : I wish Thousand Waves was a Dragon-type move that can hit Fairy-types, just like Thousand Arrow is a Ground-type move that hits Flying-types. Would also make sense lore wise, having a move to deal with each of Xerneas and Yveltal.
Thousand waves is already a pretty busted move.. Zygarde doesn't need that.. And coil thousand waves scale shot is so nice
The weapon kinda is shaped like Celesteela… also, if were to get a chaos/ anarchy Pokémon, maybe GaneFreak would take inspiration from Algol, the satanic Star, which is pretty chaotic. Could be a dragon ghost type, since the name means “ghoul”, and the weapon likely unalived a lot of Pokémon
Remember when we heard about the scrapped jnix form there was also a scrapped celesteal form so what if celesteal is the ultimate weapon
"Hoops and wild Speculation"
It’s Celesteela. Steel/flying perfectly counters Zygarde, Celesteela is 30 feet tall and it’s the “launch” pokemon. It also explains why Zygarde is in Alola in Sun and Moon
Thousand Arrows take care of Celesteela.
Fairy/Flying is actually the prefect counter to Zygarde type-wise.
@@attilaszanto2275thousand arrows is a ground type move, Celesteela is a steel/flying type.
A Pokémon being the power source of the ultimate weapon makes total sense. Maybe it was corrupted by AZ when he used it so in Legends Z-A you have to capture it to save Lumiose City?
Edit: (Didn't get all the way through the video when I wrote this lol) Something of note is that every pokemon "gimmick" has a pokemon behind it. Z-Crystals are pieces of Necrozma that had chipped off and traveled to Alola, Dynamax was caused by Eternatus' release of energy, and Terapagos causes terrastilization. So it's likely that Legends A-Z is going back and explaining Megas better with a pokemon like every other pokemon "gimmick" has. I think Thats just theory though :)
the Ultimate weapon Is representing the letter Z, the end of end era. And the A representing the beginning, a start of a new era. so Z- A.
You completely flipped the interaction between Steel and Ground here, how did you manage that? Like this is one of the most well known interactions there is.
No, the most well known is fire and grass
I just misread the type chart by accident when double checking things for this video 😅 not a big deal though, the idea arguably still works just as well the other way around, with the more heroic “order” Pokemon having an advantage against the more antagonistic “chaos” Pokemon.
@@dwightdeisenhower53 Note that I said "one of the most well known" as opposed to "the most well known". Fire and Grass is super well known, but so is Ground and Steel.
Oh wow, a lot of this makes sense. Crazy if true
5:12 grass dragon or grass dark imo Grass because of the floral theme and dark because it’s an apocalyptic weapon off mass destruction or dragon to parallel zygarde
I would pick Fairy/Flying. Fairy is immune to Dragon, Flying is immune to ground. Or Fairy/Steel if you don't want a complete counter. Fae in mythology were chaotic tricksters, and Fairy kinda holds the same special-type position as Dragon. Also the Light of Ruin move, the move based on the Ultimate weapon, is Fairy Type
Hey, Hoops, love the idea, but uh. I'm not sure I understand what you're saying. 5:06 - 5:25 Because here it sounds like you're saying Steel is strong against Ground, when the chart says the complete opposite (meaning Zygarde would have a 4x advantage, and its enemy only has a 2x one). I know we already have like, 2 already (4 including the two Kyurem forms), but wouldn't Ice/Dragon be better as its natural enemy?
I was thinking the same thing.
Kyurem?
@@sethbieber5127 Yeah, you know, the third Unova legendary who can fuse with Reshiram and Zekrom? The first Ice/Dragon?
Yeah, steel is weak to ground. However, i did some thinking and realized that having the dragon/steel typing, while still weak to ground, it wouldn’t be a total disadvantage. Steel resists dragon, so dragon moves would be neutral. Steel is already neutral to Zygarde, so each would only have one type each that is super effective against the other.
@@Rexx_Gaming117 That does give it some more value battlewise, I suppose.
Im so excited for Z-A Z-A!
Someone else has already said it but surely you realize that steel is weak against ground, right? I also believe that it is very likely that we will see some sort of new legendary Pokémon in this game with an "A" name that could likely represent chaos in some way. The title and the logo seem to point in that direction most certainly but for anything past that I feel like we just don't have enough information at this point and depending on when the game is coming out next year we might not get any answers this year.
What if the original dragon was the pokemon that fueled the ultimate weapon. there is statues the tao duo in perfume places
Uh ground beats steel I could see it being a fairy type cus that’s the opposite but if that was the case then Xerneous would be the counter for Zygaurd
I thought the origin of the Mega stone is that evolutionary stones like the fire stone or water stone changed due to the radiation of the power of xerneas and yveltal, means it's possible that the ultimate weapon uses the power of both pokemon, but I think there are a possibility they will retcon this in this game and create a new pokemon...So far, we know that xerneas and yveltal are the sources of Mega evolution
In the games, Lysander used Xerneas/Yveltal to power it, but it is possible that AZ used a different pokemon originally
@@gabriellondon5882 and that could totally make sense
What if it's just celesteela in bloom form or so thing like that?
Man I can't wait to see this new pokemon
I had a similar idea. I also think that your first starter will be a Zygarde Core, and then you will get to choose from a conventional Grass-Fire-Water trio for your second starter.
Here's a cool concept that you like a counterpart to xerneus and yealtal that looks like those two but there roles swapped like if xerneus was the symbol of death and yealtal was the symbol of life + regional tyrannotar that represents of...GODZILLA, a cute and baby pre evo to furfro and a new member of one of the legendary trio (forces of nature and the loyal 3 doesn't count)
My best guess for its type would probably be a steel fairy type. It gives it that balance with a ground dragon type. Plus the two Pokemon that seemingly tie into the power of the ultimate weapon (floette and magearna) share the fairy type and even have exclusive ultimate weapon themed moves that are also fairy type. Honestly Magearna itself has a chance to even be the ultimate weapon Pokemon in some form with how much it’s tied to the lore of kalos and even sharing a movie with volcanion despite having its event in sun and moon which would also line it up with the release of 100% zygarde implying we were supposed to get it in a Pokemon z. I could see it being some sort of Alpha Magearna both as a reference to the term alpha when it comes to testing and the alpha Pokemon which were infused with a large amount of energy. Then new Magearna would be created and improved over thousands of years until it ultimately resulted in the Magearna we know today. Even its existence reflects zygarde nature theme as it’s a man made pokemon, probably the most noticeably as well. Even its Pokédex entries say that it’s true form is just the Soul-Heart separate from the body meaning that it’s much older than its current body. It’s even supposed to be part nurse which would be a perfect pokemon to take a dying floette to. I’ve only been discovering this as I’ve been typing but I honestly think I’ve convinced myself that this is what is going to happen
You also noticed the Fairy type connection with the Ultimate Weapon! Though I must admit I didn't think of connecting Magearna to it as well. Would be really cool to see Magearna get a new form based on this idea.
Technically if you want a true opposite that counters Zygarde type-wise is Fairy/Flying. Fairy is immune to Dragon, Flying is immune to ground. Fairy works for the ultimate weapon in a way due to it's coloring and who it was originally made for. Also "Light of Ruin" the move based on the ultimate weapon IS ALSO a Fairy Type move. Though if I had to pick a typing for an Ultimate Weapon Pokemon I feel like Fairy/Steel works better, partially due to it being based on a man-made structure kinda like your reasoning.
Poketubers are just starving for ANYTHING about this game 😭
That thumbnail made me think we getting another goji Pokémon
Same
You are always on top of things bro, solo carrying the hype season
Super excited for all the new Pokémon
Best part of these new legends game, can't believe how excited I get with new pokemon variants since Sun and moon
@@patrickzalatoris3206 we certainly never expected to get so many brand new Pokémon and Regional Forms in Legends Arceus
5:30 It could be a Grass type.
With the Unova references in Kalos, I'd say A is the original dragon.
Hoops, your theory about the ultimate weapon being a Pokemon is a bold one. It explain the whole lore around it. Pokemon Legends ZA could be set in a future tense something based on "Urban Legends". This ultimate weapon might end up being a prototype for a man-made mega evolution gone rogue similar to how team rocket's Giovanni attempted to weaponized Mewtwo. Maybe it's a Mega Mewtwo Z.
Bro TtarTube already talked about the Ultimate Weapon being a Pokémon a looong while ago
Ground is Super Effective against steel. Unless the game takes place in an......INVERSE UNIVERSE!!!!!
maybe have it be Poison Steel? Poison because nukes and radiation. Have its ability basically be levitate but legendary levitate, have it immune to smack down effects (thousand arrows)
One of my picks would be Fairy/Steel. Since Fairy counters dragon, Fae can be very chaotic, and the Light of Ruin move, the move based off of the ultimate weapon, is a Fairy type move. Fairy/Flying if you want a complete counter type-wise.
Why does that ultimate weapon looks like celesteela? And the most important thing is why hasnt someone mention that?
Well, if the this new Pokémon is a representation of the Chaos, it could be related to the myth of Loki in some way. Another theory I've heard about this 4th Pokémon is the possibility it could be related to Ratatoskr
The idea is crazy, yes, but crazier things have happened. Therefore, your idea is not at all farfetched (no pun intended, but it can be if you want it to be). I could definitely see the ultimate weapon being a Legendary Pokemon, or having a tie to one.
So, I would like to see this A legendary be a grass steel type since we only have ferrothorn and kartana for that type combo.
before order comes chaos
This is a cool idea, but it does beg the question: if the ultimate weapon is a pokemon, why would Lysandre have needed Yveltal and/or Xerneas to power it?
The Ultimate Weapon being shaped like that kind of looks like Glimmora....Mega Glimmora maybe?
I want to see a new legendary trio like Xerneas, Yveltal and Zaygarde starting with A, B and C where A is the trio leader
That would be cool
@@patrickzalatoris3206 Right!!!!!!!!!
Honestly Grass type seems more likely. Zygarde has a futuristic computery feel with all the hexagons and being the Order Pokémon. A Chaos Pokémon based on a flower shaped weapon would make sense with how "nature is chaos" and primal beginnings and all of that.
In the logo, the A has a very leafy look to it so what if its just Ancient Flower floette? The pokemon left when Az went off the deep end, and it got hit by the ultimate weapon
Dibs on khaolsion (chaos and kalosian) being the name 😂
I’m soo excited for this game
Apocafleur just a name idea
my theory is that the "A" legendary pokemon is the friends we made along the way
The order mon is going to be... freeza--- "death beam"
Mega Mewtwo X? XD
Out of all of the multiple hundreds of brand new Pokémon that should come to legends z-a, if this new Pokémon is as mind blowing as this seems, then this Pokémon should be in a brand new category, one beyond legendary or beyond mythical
If there is a complete new Chaos Pokémon to oppose Zygarde, it would be cool if it was a trio master of his own team, which form a further dark parallell with the group around Zygarde and themed similarly. With Xerneas, Yveltal and Zygarde, you could say Order is a theme, the Order of Life, with Xerneas representing life and Yveltal being death, both parts of natural order and Zygarde is Order. So this Chaos themed Pokémon, I would give it two "subordinates" in the form of a "Proliferation" Pokémon and an "Entropy" Pokémon, the first Pokémon being some sort of Chimera-Pokémon, looking like something that is mutated and wrong, a corruption of life, life that isn't controlled by order. The second would be a bringer of Oblivion, non-existence, something that reduced everything to nothing. The ultimate Death...
Plot twist: it’s a giant Glimmora variant or evolution
I’m not mad at this idea. Because so much is unknown about Glimmora
Excellent ideas overall, however there's just one correction that is needed. You said that this new Pokemon is gonna have the Steel Type as an "advantage" against Zygarde, except that Ground is super effective against Steel. So if anything it's gonna be an advantage for Zygarde being the hero that stops this evil chaos Pokemon. If you wanna give the chaos Pokemon the advantage, you should make it a Dragon/Ice Type, since freezing goes super well with the idea of chaos on top of giving it a 4X super effective STAB against Zygarde in addition to the Dragon Type being strong against itself. Overall still excellent ideas though.
Yeah I just mixed up the types on that one 😅 but overall it can work either way as you mentioned, and the typing is just a complimentary detail of the theory that could truly go a number different ways and still work. I’m glad you liked the theory!
@@HoopsandHipHopthe pokemon might be grass because A has leafy texture to it..
In what way is war "the definition of chaos?" Hell, even a "brawl" is a better representation of chaos than war. War is, to quote Carl Von Clausewitz, a continuation of diplomacy by other means. If we look at the weapon that features in XY as an allegory for nuclear weaponry, which, so far as I'm aware, it often is, then it points at WW2, in which a highly regimented political power sought to bring the world under its particular variety of order, and other highly regimented political powers fought back, culminating in the creation of our world's "ultimate weapon," the nuclear bomb. If Zygarde is "The Order Pokemon" and is based on cells, then a much more obvious "Chaos Pokemon" would be something based on *cancer*, the complete, chaotic breakdown of orderly DNA based life.
It’s name is Armorotic the destruction Pokemon Forge from various weapons this Pokémon goes into a chaotic frenzy until it has created a blink slate
The ultimate weapon is the source of Mega Evolution and Terrastalization. Given all the hints that the ancient war was between Kalos and Paldea. Side note: The outcome of the war may be different depending on the timeline. Kalos won in the Mega Timeline and Paldea won in the Non-Mega Timeline. 🤔
Terrapagos is the source of Terrastalization, so unless you are saying the ultimate weapon made then this theory might not hold up too well.
@@ShadowEclipex most likely, Terapagos could have been mutated or created as an aftereffect by the blast of the ultimate weapon.
@@The_InfiniVerse The only flaw with that is there should be Mega Stones/Mega Evos in Pladea in that case. Since the Ultimate Weapon played a major part on the creation of the Megastones.
The ultimate weapon being or powered by a Pokémon could have merit zygarde is order and the opposite (A) could be a giant thing chaotic powerful enough to charge a super weapon. They gen 6 legendary if I recall are based off the Nordic world tree so something about it’s story could help hint towards what this new pokemon could be based off of. In legends arceus the genie trio got an extra member that fit its season theming and the new gen 8 Regis fit the ages theme so might be safe to assume that if there is a new gen 6 legendary it would fit the theme of those 3
arent xerneas and yveltal the source of mega evolution? I thought that mega evolution is just the accumulation of life energy which was gathered at the ultimate weapon
I think you got our type matchups mixed up, bro.
3:24 does mega rayquaza count
For what? Mega evolution?
Whoops! Lots of mistakes in this one😅💁🏻♂️
How come no one ever talks about Celesteela looks like the Ultimate weapon. Or how it's name was UB-004 Blaster.
5:36 oh and what's celesteela's typing? Steel/ flying both exact opposites to zygards ground
@@salvadorperea8033 Fairy/Steel works as well, that would be my pick for an Ultimate Weapon Pokemon. Fairy/Flying if you want to make it a complete counter type-wise.
so does that mean we can potentially get a legends game that pertains to where the z power comes from?
The only thing that contradicts this is that the ultimate weapon looks like it may be made of tera shards.
I doubt that, but I guess the two regions are close enough you could possibly build a rational sounding theory around that idea.
Maybe that new pokemon of which you spoke, whilst it looks like a steel/ rock type, what if it is that new Stellar type instead like Terapagos? Just a thought.
I would say Fairy/Steel type. Especially since the Light of Ruin move, the move based on the Ultimate Weapon, is Fairy Type.
Makes more sense for the weapon to be fairy steel because then it actually is a counterpart to ground dragon (you should study the type chart) it then could also have a link to the other man made pokemon Magerna.
Some people get turned around on the type chart here and there, but I would think it would be cool for that would make both pokemon be true opposites of each other
Also the Light of Ruin move, the move based off of the Ultimate Weapon, is a Fairy Type move. So it would just make sense for it to be part Fairy.
It turns out the real ultimate weapon was the Mewthree's we made along the way
Cool
Nice
Isn't ground strong against steel?
The a is most likely az floette
Hoops, since when is Steel SE against Ground. Its the opposite. However, Steel type does work though. Steel > Fairy Fairy > Dark Fairy > Dragon Ground > Steel I also can see the new Pokemon getting the category of the Chaos Pokemon (As opposed to Zygarde, who is the Order Pokemon).
A Fairy/Steel mon would be a make a good counter-part to Zygarde though. I have no clue why Hoops didn't consider that.
Question, do u think we will ever get both Eternamax Eternatus or stellar form Terapagos?
No because their gimmick are very region exclusive
@@Boltofbrilliance122 ok, ur right about Eternatus but what about Terapagos?
@@johnw11206 there were many Terapagos but due to an earthquake (I think) all but one went extinct and it's because of that one is why we can Tera Note : blueberry used shard they got from palda that's why they can Tera in Unova
@@Boltofbrilliance122 I understand that but what I'm asking is since we have a time for the company to release z-a, would we get the stellar form. We got Eternatus in the main game but not the other form but we got Terapagos in the dlc
@@Boltofbrilliance122 Well technically it has been shown that Terastalization can happen in other regions under the right circumstances. So it could be possible to see it in ZA, but I highly doubt it.
Fairy ice would be a real counter to zygarde
I still think its gonna be arceus and the a is referencing that but cool idea
I LOVE this ideia!! Can't wait for 2025 to finally play this game :D
Just to give my own thoughts of this theory. With Zygarde being the representation of Order and Peace even, you could conclude that the opposite would be Chaos, or... War. The Weapon is a product of War, conflict, disorder from it. This is to say that the A pokemon doesn't have to be evil. Maybe it originally represented the spirit of Battling, but pushed to a dangerous degree of War because of Humanity. Because of this, many Mega Evolutions, in the pokedex at least, are described as horrifying and painful to gain their overwhelming power. Yet, the only way to get pokemon to mega evolve, at least in the Pokemon Lore, is to have a Strong Bond with their trainer. This leaves a narrative that Pokemon of War are willing to fight to their FULLEST power when their bond is so strong with their trainer. This leaves me to wonder what exactly happened to Pokemon A if this is the implication. I am SO Excited to see this game.
Yeah, I agree with you HoopsandHipHop. I think the war in 3000 years ago was actually to stop the ultimate weapon from firing off but it failed. That's why in a parallel universe, Mega Evolution does not exist. With that ultimate weapon immense power, there's no way a machine can handle that and I think the weapon really is a legendary Pokemon. The title name is Legends: Z-A maybe to reference Zygarde with the A legendary Pokemon or maybe it just Arceus😂. If they don't make that ultimate weapon a Pokemon then it will the only mechanic in the game that the source is just a machine. Pokemon also need to dive more into Mega Evolution in this game as well. They should inform us how Mega Stones and Key Stones formed after the weapon fired off and how certain Pokemon able to Mega Evolve and some cannot. I have millions of questions about Kalos too that I can't fit in this comment.
The war literally can’t be about stopping the Weapon being fired, when it wasn’t even a weapon before 5e War caused the death of AZ’s Floette, the whole reason it was then turned into a weapon after his resurrection of his friend, and desire to end the war?
Z-A Zygarde-Arceus
A pokemon thats a living weapon sounds like something that wouldn't make it into the game, yet Genesect and Mewtwo exist...... But AZ couldn’t have the technology available to make it, right? Or is there a factor I'm forgetting to take into account?
Didn't have the technology, but had enough magic to bring his Florette back to life. I bet he could of made a Pokemon, even if it was on accident.
steel is not super effective against ground 😅also i think if the new legend is going to be a counterpart i imagine it would be fairy flying (maybe eternal flower floette evolves into this new mon) edit: ground is also super effective against steel
Doesn't ground beat steel though?
Steel type are weak to ground type, not strong against them.
i'm sure it's been said plenty of times, but since ground > steel, were you thinking of maybe rock initially with this theory? like if zygarde was rock, this theory would work that said reversing your theory works! it's a dragon/steel and is weak to zygarde which is why no one has ever heard of it before! bc zy beat it (pause and drumroll) INTO THE GROUND 8D
*Breaking News* There’s gona be a cool new Pokémon in the brand new Pokémon game coming out, news out of left field, who’d believe it!? The who, what, where will be answered soon!
steel is WEAK to ground
If this was true than the opposite of zygarde than it would need to be strong against ground like either ice water or grass as steel is weak to ground zygarde wouldn't need to be stronger than
Or we could just ignore the Dragon typing for the Ultimate Weapon and go with Fairy (Fairy/Steel would be my type pick). Idk why Hoops missed this, but the Light of Ruin move, the move literally based on the Ultimate Weapon, is Fairy-type. So it would make more since for Pokemon based on the Ultimate Weapon to also be Fairy-Type.
Well it is Pokemon Z A so the a has to stand for something.
Aove the unordered Pokemon 😜
Did you perhaps… Come here… Intending to ‘Pursue’ me? I see… So you are pursuing me… I understand. So then, the lid of this jar, have you tried opening it? What I’m saying is… Simply looking at that jar from the outside, you wouldn’t know for certain that what’s inside it is a ‘Fruit’, no…? Isn’t that right? Though it certainly seems to be fragments of ‘Something’… But looking from the outside, those may be potato fragments… or perhaps onion fragments… it may not look like an onion… but that definitely looks like it could be a large mushroom! How can you be so definitive in saying that what’s inside that jar is a ‘Fruit’? I’m explaining the fact that you ‘Opened’ the jar. Because you received that package, you opened the lid with your hands, you ‘Smelled’ it. And it’s because it gave off the sweet and sour scent of a ‘Fruit’… that you came into this room thinking it was a ‘Fruit’. You got all excited thinking ‘I’ve got an exclusive scoop here’, didn’t you? And then… you perhaps got some fruit juice from the lid stuck to your finger. Just a little of it. Or perhaps you were careless and licked that finger. If fate were particularly unlucky, there’s a rather good chance that when you were putting the lid back on, some fruit juice seeped into a small cut on your skin or your fingernail.
The ultimate weapon looks like celesteela
Breaking news: man forgets type effectiveness for a second because he's cuckoo.
Hi
A is anarchy pokemon cuz of A and mite be fariy flying type
Because opportunity of a dragon and ground
Opposite of dragon and ground So fariy flying
One rumor I've seen is that an Eevee dragon evolution might be coming with the references to Sylveon.
