  • winky dragging themself across the ground is sometimes called "scooting" it is when the dogs anal glands become too full. you should bring winky to the vets and they will be able to empty the glands in less than a minute. it's very simple vet task and will make winky feel much more comfortable

  • As someone who owns a protection dog the words “she’d give her life for you” or “she’ll protect you with all she has” are so true. These dogs will take bullets for you and you’ll soon learn you'd take one for them. I’m so glad this dog ended up with y’all she’ll be loved extremely and will make you feel safe. This dog will make sure you’re safe with her.

  • I think it might be worth taking Winky to the vet, with the scooting on the ground and cuddling when he usually doesn’t. My dog isn’t too much of a cuddler but when he is scared or hurt he is so I think that could be how it is with Winky. Sockie, I love watching you and all of your successes training Winky. Know that you totally do not have to share any information with us that you don’t want to! We will love and support you no matter what. To all of the Norris Nuts, it sounds like Demi will be a huge relief and a great addition to your family. She seems really sweet, but ferocious when she needs to be. It was adorable seeing Demi and Winky play together!! So glad it seems like they get along.

'who can make the best NN intro!!' like how many other vlog channel has a small clip at the beginning of their vlogs that introduces each family member and show a couple small clips of them!   • LEGENDS PLEASE GET THIS TO THE TOP TO LET SOCKIE KNOW! The reason that Winky is scooting his butt across the floor is possible indicative of an anal sac issue! Anal sacs may become clogged or injured for a variety of reasons, which can lead to scooting. Visiting your vet is recommended to ensure scooting isn't due to a serious issue like allergies or parasites. You should really get this checks out guys!

It’s so heartwarming and beautiful to see Demi protecting Brooke, Justin and the kids even though she’s only just met them, it’s such an incredible thing to see the loyalty and protectiveness Demi has with your family already. Some people might think you're being silly or selfish for not telling us, when in reality your a trillion times smarter, stronger and kinder than them. Seeing your happiness and relief when you saw Demi brings me so much joy. I know how it feels to be in a position where you need something just for you to keep you going. I've been there. I still go there at times.   • Winky has been “dragging his butt along the ground” because it’s is highly likely that he has worms. This is why it is important not to let your dog lick your face because they could give them to you. Worms are really common in dogs and you can get medicine for it at pet shops and stuff. Thanks ❤️

  • I’m so glad you guys can finally feel safe now you have Demi. I had a pit bull that only attacked on command, if someone hit me or fence jumpers. She attacked a guy evading police who jumped my fence and she got him at the back fence and ripped the back of his leg off. The police returned with treats for her the next day. Then a neighbour was hitting her with a metal pole over the fence and when he dropped the pole and he tried to get it she bit the tip of his finger off. He called the police but I already had and they took the pole as evidence for his finger prints, arrested him for animal cruelty and he had to pay a $2000 vet bill for her to be X-rayed all over, an mri and an ultrasound to ensure she had no internal bleeding. She did get 3 stitches on her head but he lost the top of his finger for good and had to pay the vet bill upfront before being released on bail from the police station.

Also normally when a dog is scraping their bums on the ground its usually a sign of worms but its a very easy treatment all you need is a worm treatment so yeah nothing to worry about!

There could be many answers here‘s 1. if he hasn’t been neutered that can cause discomfort for him 2. He could have worms.   • NORRIS NUTS!! FOR 8:36- Winky dragging the butt around the floor... that's basically her scent glands are like full. When dog's sniff each-others butts, they are actually sniffing each other's scent glands. Small dog's usually struggle to poop out some of the scent glands, and when it gets fuller it gets itchy. I empty my dog's glands at home, but you should consider taking Winky to the vet to squeeze some out :) I love you and hope this helped! (The terminology may not be exactly correct but I hope you understood)

  • One, I am just so thankful for you all to finally have a strong sense of safety. I understand completely what it is like to feel unsafe. Our house was broken into and it was so scary and we didn’t feel safe for ages. So grateful you all have Demi (and Winky) to care for you! Secondly, Sockie you are so very loved! You are an amazingly talented, kind, and loving young lady. Each time I see all you have done with Winky I just think to myself “If she can accomplish that all on her own, she is going to be such a huge success in anything she puts her mind to!” You are a big part of the cornerstone of your family and the NN Army loves you!! Demi and Winky look like they’re going to get on amazingly 😁 My dog usually rubs her bum on the floor if there’s (though it sounds gross) ‘leftovers’ stuck to her fur, so maybe that’s what’s irritating Winky! I love you guys so much, and Sockie, whatever’s bothering you, don’t feel pressured to tell us - somethings can be kept private, we understand! Just know we’re all here for you and we all love and will support you no matter what. ❤️ It was so nice seeing Disco and Charm meeting Demi too!! So cute 😁 It’ll be so nice for Disco and Charm to grow up with Demi and Winky by their sides as well! I don’t know if you guys will see this, but if you do hi! Stay safe ❤️
