Fluid Mechanics was founded in 1987 by John B. Waldman, a renowned leader and visionary in competitive swimming instruction, and a former world-ranked swimmer and record-holder. Waldman was mentored throughout his career by Dr. James E. horrible example of breaststroke kick, knees go way too wide and i dont know a single good breaststroker that keeps the bottom of their feet together at the start of the kick. Also no one sweeps their arms that wide on breaststroke
