We threw this in as a new option for Max Effort Deadlift Days. I had no idea what to expect, but somehow got up to 380# added, which I was absolutely surprised to have gotten that high. It's a total of about 410, when you add in the weight of the Safety Bar.
Evan did too much of a Squat on a couple attempts and we corrected his form, moving forward.
