  • It’s not that Superman couldn’t keep up. It’s the fact he knew if he kept exchanging blows with the Hulk, the world would end. This display of power is what’s missing in cinema today and so far you have done Hulk more justice than the MCU. Bravo 👏

    @ClaviusHelion@ClaviusHelion8 ай бұрын
    • They had to give Thanos a chance lol. Even with the Power Stone already, he may have gotten some initial brutal blows on the Hulk, but the situation would have changed VERY rapidly with a pissed off Hulk giving Thanos most likely a very messy death along with everyone else on the ship in their first fight. And then he probably would have just tossed away the rock lol. A Thanos with all the stones? Yah an overmatch.

    • MCU Hulk is nerfed because they don't actually want him to be too popular, because Marvel has to split the profits from any Hulk solo movie with Universal Studios. So, they made sure there's not a market for a solo Hulk movie.

    • @@sxd9573 I can't believe I have to do this, but I get it, a lot of you are pretty young. I'll break it down for you. Hulk is tossed into the wall in front of the car. He gets up and begins slowly walking back towards Super when the driver snaps a photo of him. Immediately Hulk- the walking ball of anger- shifts his focus to the man. Superman sees this and speeds up which causes the Hulk to refocus on him. The implication here is quite clear. Moreover, the Hulk is known for civilian casualties. It's why Bruce stays out of conflicts. Even if he stops the threat he may do even more damage in the process. Again, I get that many of you are young and don't know much about the Hulk outside of the Marvel movies, but most of this is basic viewing comprehension.

      @animagamer2@animagamer23 ай бұрын
    • @@animagamer2 Nah I still don't think that was the case at all. It was true that Hulk looked at the civilian, but that's it tho, if Hulk wanted to attack the civilian he could've EASILY done so within a millisecond but the chose not to because the Civilian didn't do anything to the hulk. Superman simply sped up because he was scared that Hulk was going to simply attack the guy because he's a "raging beast", but clearly that's not what happened. I think what was meant to be shown here was that, even though Hulk is a raging beast who wrecks everything, he ONLY ATTACKS BEINGS OR THINGS THAT ATTACK HIM. He doesn't care about anything or anybody else. Another example of this is from his animation of Saitama vs Hulk, during the beginning when a car hit Hulk's leg, he flipped the car and refocused to the wolf monster, he could've decided to continue the fight after making sure the driver died first, but he didn't. TLDR; he doesn't give a shit about things or beings that doesn't bother him. I'm not a kid, also I know a lot of Hulk from outside the MCU at least enough to say this is what was implied and def not what you said.

      @sxd9573@sxd95733 ай бұрын
    • @@sxd9573 Listen, you're not entirely wrong. I realize I was going a little too hard. And I'm sorry about the kid comment. I was in a bad mood and I'd seen a lot of other comments that made me think the audience for his video skewed pretty young. Either way, it was agist and I hated being discriminated against based on my age when I was younger so I shouldn't have done it to you even if you were a kid. Here's my perspective as a kid who grew up loving the Hulk. The Hulk is not a discriminate murder machine. He's a hero- easily my favorite Marvel hero. But what makes him great is how complex he is. He wants to do good but often stumbles in the process. When he encounters people in a calm state he usually tries to help and protect them. The problem is if something enrages him during his attempted heroics then things can go wrong very quickly. He won't just start randomly killing innocent bystanders but he has very little regard for the people around him when he's furious. As a civilian, you do not want to be anywhere near the Hulk when he's in the middle of a fight and very upset. The collateral damage alone is so dangerous that teams of superheroes have assembled multiple times to try and calm him down during his rampages. They used to try sending people in to subdue him by force but that often just made things worse. So yes, I don't think he would have killed the guy because he looks at him funny. But if the guy kept taking photos of him or made him feel insulted then who knows what could have happened. Maybe he would have broken his arm trying to take away his phone and then lightly tossed him away breaking his ribs in the process. Maybe he would have screamed at him so loudly his eardrums burst! Or maybe he just jumps away. He's learned to do that when people make him mad. But the point is, with how upset he already was because of the fight with Supes that man was walking on very thin ice.

  • It's the fact that you create these animations with such a solid and unique sense of direction and choreography that really sells the idea that you could work with other animators and animation studios to take on tasks like animating Season 3 of One Punch Man (even though JC was revealed with that role, already). Most profoundly, it's the fact that you handle the characters so strongly that especially turns me on to that idea. I've said it several times, and I will say it again, should you work with Atserc (YT), Nomi (YT), 玄铁西瓜 (YT), animators from Village Studio, MAPPA, and/or, perhaps, Yusuke Murata himself, you could get the job done. I would say direction, choreography, and character writing are your biggest strong suits, so perhaps that is what you will contribute most when undertaking the of animation Season 3. The other animators would be best at using your animations as reference for choreography and direction, and especially keeping the characters on model. Further, you could work with Yusuke and One, being that they are in control of the source material for this show in order to find awesome and unique ways of directing that season of the anime. You could even talk, work, and negotiate with the other animators to help your choreography really shine through the animation process, so that while they are keeping the characters on model, they are feeding you ideas on how to adjust, fit, and overall adapt the animation to what is most appropriate for Season 3 of One Punch Man. Seeing stuff like this just makes me happy as hell, man. When you look at the Manga, you see how well-posed each character is, and you're able to translate those poses into fluid movements and story beats that I think your animation skills and chops could do well to potentially adapt into an anime. I thought it was really cool to see your animation with Saitama and the Hulk, because of those first three things I mentioned: choreography, direction, and character writing. I'm not sure how much of what we see on-screen is really written down by you, behind the scenes (probably the script[s], right?), but I think that even if this is something to work on, it's always an awesome thing to work on with a team. Hell, if not Season 3, maybe consider Season 4 or 5. I know it's not necessarily feasible or realistic to expect it to happen, but I want more than anything right now for both you and OPM to thrive like never before! I'm a huge fan of your work, dude, and I want to see a lot more!!

He figured it out, and he took the hits so no one else would, because no one else could. Even Saitama ended up with a fractured arm. Superman is defined by his limitless nature, so long as he has the sun to fuel him, and you even mentioned that, to keep the tension high. If Hulk hadn’t calmed down quickly enough, Clark might not have been able to last until the next sunrise. And the SETPIECES. They broke a piece off the continent, then shattered it or another piece. Tunneling through the crust. Grinding an entire mountain into gravel. The green sky. This fight rearranged the planet and the viewers can FEEL it. And you used everything that was available. It was a three dimensional fight. It went up into the sky and down into the earth. That was inspired.

      @rickojay7536@rickojay75368 ай бұрын
    • @@Irn_Knih I agree with your argument on what they needed to do to even out the plane fields. After all speedstars are known to be very hard to put in a fight with non speedstars. Superman is especially notorious because he possesses super strength and flight on top of that. It wouldnt be much of the fight looking at how he was actually able to punch through hulk's chest, put superspeed into the mix he only needs to land one of those and the fight is over which he definitely would with super speed. But you gotta admit the animator did give supes the shorter end of the stick here for the fight to be interesting. He exegerates hulk's regeneration, and not necessarily the fact that he can regenerate limbs but the speed at which he's able to do it, he's basically just proofing limbs into existence at this point. He gets both his hands frozen and cut off two seconds later he's thunderclaping. and then either makes hulk quick enough to give supes some surprise attacks or just makes supes simply not use his speed at vital moments, at one point hulk hears Superman coming from a distance. Which Isnt one of hulk's skills. I'd understand limiting supes for the fight to happen but not enough to basically make him lose.

Merry Christmas everyone 🎄🎁. This has nothing to do with the video but please listen if you want to otherwise leave it alone and ignore it. Hello my name is Justin and I'm a fellow Christian and Apologist but I'm also a college student. I'm not a closed minded Theist as I have nothing against Atheists or unbelievers as I speak to them often to understand their reasons for unbelief but we as Christians are convinced of God's Existence due to many real factors). I'm not trying to convert anyone or convince anyone to become Christians as that's The Holy Spirit's job to help people believe but only explain why I believe in Jesus Christ. There's actually evidence of God's Existence in Christianity. First of all there's proof that Jesus of Nazareth existed in history since the writings of Tacitus, Josephus Flavius, Pliny the younger and other historical documents prove that He was living two thousand years ago that even scholars both religious and Atheists agree with historically speaking but not that He's The Divine Son of God because obviously they don't. I'm going to give you historical and archeological evidence for God's Existence as The Scriptures have prophecies that predate the events recorded in them by several millennia including Matthew, Hosea and Zechariah which prophesy accurately of the people of Israel becoming a nation again after over 1900 years of being scattered around the nations since the destruction of the Temple in Jerusalem in 70 A.D. spoken of by Christ in Matthew 23:29-24:3 and returning to their homeland after The Holocaust with Jerusalem as their capital in 1948 exactly as Jesus The Christ said. The prophets including Daniel spoke of the time where several world empires would arise and fall including the Babylonian kingdom, Medes and Persians, Roman Empire, and Saladin and the Muslims which went in consecutive order for the past few millennia. The people of Israel becoming a nation after The Holocaust in 1948 (ironically the melting point of gold as God compares Israel to gold that's tested in fire in Zechariah 13:8 and Jeremiah 16:15) exactly how Jesus The Christ said would happen since God us everything to come in The Scriptures and not just because people were working towards as Atheists claim which are impossible for any regular man to predict. Just before anyone says Christianity is a white man's religion made to oppress blacks during slavery you obviously aren't aware that the first Christians were Jews in The Middle East and that Christianity just like any religion can be used by evil and corrupt people to oppress others but you forget that the first Abolitionists/Civil Rights activists were Christians who sought to abolish slavery, racism, segregation, injustice and prejudice throughout American history. Jesus The Christ loves you enough not to give you what we all deserve which is God's Wrath by His Own Blood. Charles Darwin didn't originally come up with The Theory of Evolution over 200 years ago as it is mentioned in the writings of Ancient Greeks who believed in Demons that gave knowledge to philosophers. Evolution makes no sense when nothing has evolved after thousands of years of human history and supposedly the first creature came from primordial sludge several millions of years ago funny how they won't believe that God an Eternal Almighty Spirit Being created us from the Earth) which came from a supermassive expansion of matter at high temperature that inexplicably created everything in the known universe that supposedly came from nothing billions of years ago. How did the organs evolve before there were bones, skin, substance and how did any creatures see before eyes evolved? I've studied evolution and abiogenesis in the past and read Darwin's " Origin of The Species" and I'm not convinced of macro Evolutionary biology whereas I accept micro Evolution like speciation and adaptation but not macro Evolution because there's no evidence of it nor clear observable examples of it where living creatures evolve into other kinds of species plus the fact that fossils don't show evidence of evolution and genetic entropy rules out evolution. The question begs how did two genders evolve from a common ancestor with a perfectly hospitable and sustainable environment with breathable oxygen and resources to survive on inexplicably? Atheists have the burden of proof to explain how everything came to be and why our existence is possible without the Existence of God from an godless perspective just as Christians have to provide evidence of God's Existence and the validity of His Word. Evolution requires life to already exist in order to take any effect in living organisms so it doesn't account for the existence of Life and reality. Also evolution is impossible because it goes against The Law of entropy and the second Law of thermodynamics because evolution makes things better whereas nothing continues to get better but decays and turns to absolute destruction in the end. Mark Ridley an Evolutionist said "No evolutionist whether gradualist or punctuationist uses the fossil record as evidence in favor of The Theory of Darwinian Evolution as opposed to special Creation". God's Existence is made perfectly known and observable in the universe as demonstrated in His Handiwork in the intelligently designed manner that Creation was made, human consciences and consciousness historical and archaeological evidence of God's Word being valid history, fulfillment of Bible Prophecies God in His Holiness and Righteousness could give us what we deserve in Hell for our since but He's merciful to give us free will to choose to accept or reject His gift of salvation by grace through faith in His Son Jesus. I don't mean this is any condescending manner but if you'd like to discuss The Scriptures with me or have me listen to your view on anything my instagram account is Savage Christian Kombatant.

    • Probably because Saitama ended the fight early but if he kept dealing the same amount of damage that Supes did to Hulk then he probably would've grown much more stronger but sadly that wasn't the case cause Hulk's final move during their fight was literally threatening to destroy an entire city so Saitama made the right choice of ending it right there and then.

    • We need a Saitama v Hulk rematch or a Saitama v Superman fight (that's probably just the both of them engaging in a friendly spar far across the universe where nobody can be harmed) Since the manga shows Saitama's true nigh-infinite potential with his fight against Cosmic Garou. Now that we know that Saitama was nerfed WAY too much in his fight with the Hulk (which predates the Cosmic Garou fight) which could potentially be retconned by Saitama training more or something. Or what's even cooler, maybe Zimaut could potentially introduce Garou to this universe and he could either use the webcomic version of Garou (Awakened Garou) or the manga version which has Cosmic Garou which are both equally really damn cool to fight against someone (like Yujiro Hanma or Baki or something)

As audiences, I am so convinced that every single punch, kick, and collision have immense weight and power behind em. And also the I love despite the fast phased battle, the power escalation is slow and gradual. As the animation progresses, the fighting becomes wilder and more spectacular until it reached the very climax

  • Finally a depiction that is probably closer to how it would go. Only 2 real points to make: 1) I think Superman would have figured out to play defeated sooner and 2) at around 15:30 Hulk, unless he had been pushed into world-breaker mode (which it did not appear he had yet), would not have kept beating a defeated Superman; so he would have calmed down a few moments sooner. But, overall, a much better handling of the hypothetical encounter than I have come across so far.

Superman may be capable of winning in the ende, but he will have to straight up destroy the world to do it, and the blue boyscout would not do such thing. And Hulk, well he is an almost unstopable force of wrath, rage and nature that given enough time and rage is godly. So this made both shine without underselling either.

This ending is pretty much the only ending it could be no matter who you think would win because everyone would lose technically

If characters were made like their overpowered comic versions, every TV show or movie would get a few thousand viewers, instead of the normal 20+ million. If you want a version of Hulk that few people outside Hermits prefer, keep reading the comics. You'll just remain a hermit that socializes only on the internet. Few people will watch a film or show with an unbeatable Mary Su character. Even the poorly reviewed "She Hulk" show has 1,000 times more viewers than a single Hulk comic sold in the last 2 decades.

    • @sumnahlennon5449 Given that the comics came first and were initially made for the few OG nerds that actually enjoyed them, giving the open-minded and creative minority something to enjoy, and the fact that Disney is the unoriginal company that stole that idea and mutilated it for the masses, I'd say it's quite wrong to do the OG fans dirty like that. The MCU couldn't have launched with this much success without them. The masses have enough to enjoy already, not everything's all about popularity and monetary value. The fake nerd culture now is just another mask of the new normal, while the original "Hermits" are yet again forced to be starved of rewarding content due to the ever hungering popular demand. And to even hint at the notion that these mimicing movies, especially the modern ones, are more in depth and complex than the original comics that inspired them tells me that you really are just another normie who hasn't read a single good comic in your lifetime. 🤣 Not every issue is an example of an unbeatable character, there are more examples of a character arc and dynamic evolution throughout the Hulk comics alone than there are in all of his movies/tv shows combined. He isn't just a side piece in the books, he is a genuine character with a genuine story. Pick up a few of the essentials like the immortal hulk, and you'll see that. Planet Hulk was a compelling story, World War Hulk was an interesting twist, and Peter David's Professor Hulk run was an amazing diagnostic of Bruce's MPD. There is alot more to his character in the comics than there ever was in the films. He lost alot and for all the strength it's given him, his attachments made him just as weak. The man inside the monster is just as real as the monster inside the man. But hey, that's just the opinion of another Hermit that takes the time to read. 😉

He's one of the few characters that truly can not die. Even when Superman was going to lazer him when he changed, he'll instantly turn green and heal A N Y damages he had caused him.
