Hi nick,ive been subscribed for awhile and i really do love your videos. Im thinking of starting out parkour but i do need to ask,is there anything i can do to condition my body to make moves and such more efficiently? Like,I know anyone can do parkour, but as im a bit more heavy built , i find it hard to do things parkour wise effectively as i feel so heavy and slow when trying to do them
