I've Never Had Such Delicious Pasta! Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo Recipe

This Creamy Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo is one of my favorite pasta!
I prepared a delicious creamy pasta recipe that you can make at home without going to a restaurant
It's super easy and great for dinner!
➤ Ingredients (servings : 2)
- 200g fettuccine
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1/2 onion
- 6 button mushrooms
- 1 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- salt
- black pepper
➤ Tips
1. If you skip parmesan cheese, add more salt
2. If you are not using butter, you can substitute it with olive oil

  • I was home alone and I tried making this today and OH MY GOD as a picky eater this tasted wonderful!!! It tasted like something I’d eat in a fancy restaurant. I also added 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese instead of 1/4, added more paprika salt pepper and oregano

  • I make this every Saturday for my daughter as its her favourite. Except I put half a cup of white wine in with the chicken mushrooms etc then add 500ml of chicken stock simmer for 15 then add cream. 5 mins b4 serve add spinach. Delicious

  • I have to admit, I wasn't expecting much from this dish as I've been disappointed b4 with alfredo dishes but this was fantastic! My family ate it all up and wanted more :) Only change I made was to add 1/2 cup parmesan instead and then when everything is finally combined, let the pasta sit in its pot (off the hot stove) with a lid on for 10 - 12 minutes. This really thickened up the sauce and it was just delicious!! So easy to make, everything in one pot!! Loved it, tysm for this! It's going into the family meal rotations!

  • Great job, when I make this I transfer the pasta in right from the water and add pasta water as needed to the consistency that I like. I know for a fact that tastes amazing, extra props for not using cream cheese because it just makes the sauce too rich! (Personal pref) I can smell it through the monitor! 🤤🤤

  • 10/10 This was really easy to make and it's pretty tasty. It's good for someone that's new to cooking or that's learning to cook as it doesn't take that many ingredients and it's overal pretty darn tasty and also cheap to make.

  • Now, this is a delicious meal. It's one of my most favorite dish. I never thought to use heavy cream and milk as an Alfredo pasta sauce, but it's a good idea and looks delicious. You did excellent on that meal.

  • I make this recipe all the time.. one little advice... Instead of onions use chalots and also after cooking the mushrooms try adding a bit of White wine ;)
