  • Great results, Frank. Quick question: Any insights into giving unflavored gelatin? There is not much mention online, but one long time flier I know gives it in the water. I would imagine it's intended for providing collagen (proteins) and amino acids.

    @kerbyjackson88@kerbyjackson8812 күн бұрын

  • Great video as always! It's my son and my first year with pigeons. We currently have 28 YB we hope to race this summer. Trying to follow your training, feeding, medicating etc program's to a T. I do feel the whole loft as a little respiratory going on right now. Birds sneezing a little. As a first year flyer, is it possible to get past that without antibiotics? Suggestions? Thanks Frank.

    @user-tj7vw8vs5d@user-tj7vw8vs5d12 күн бұрын
    • Use the Nubiotic and add more ventilation. Open the loft up so more air moves through for the babies. They should be just fine over time and build natural immunity to respiratory disease. Send me a photo of up close of the babies or video so I can take a look. I felt the YB loft was perhaps too open, closed up some of the ventilation already, but like u say the wild ones live under a bridge and are healthy. Will send a video later tonight. Your a stand up guy to respond to everyone's questions! Very much appreciated. Your videos have been our main mentors in getting started with the birds.

So I believe my birds come back better in the cool weather. I looked at the stats for the last 14 years our combine has had terrible returns on anything over 80 degrees. I would love to get your input on this situation. Also my combine races across the Mojave Desert against head winds with high temps.
