I'm surprised I solved this one. Once I saw that black's first two moves could be forced, I was able to work out the rest of the puzzle. This was a really good puzzle.

Even after the [ahem] "solution" shown here, it still remains to be a very tough mate against Black’s king & pawn (which is a puzzle in itself!).
I think It s a 9 of 10.
