Just started watching your videos AWESOME 👌 but question do you some days just do running and jumping alot and other days do you use your arms alot like pulling yourself up or swinging on bars when you do parkor.

a day in the life of Nick Pro ... it is the best, his jump when he is late ... it is the best although it tires the legs when you are in the height a little high as of a person but higher ... It's good that you do a lot of exercise so as not to feel some pain

Nick I can almost do a front flip on hard ground I have this thing it's like pink with polka dots and it's stuffed with five pillows and what I do is I stand on my carpet in my room and then I flip right onto the pink thing. Also I finally learned how to land a front flip on my trampoline
