1. Exalted is He who took His Servant by night from al-Masjid al-Haram to al-Masjid al- Aqsa, whose surroundings We have blessed, to show him of Our signs. Indeed, He is the Hearing, the Seeing.
Regarding Mistakes - kasratain, fathatain, and dammatain do not display correctly. Follow the shaikh when in doubt as the recitation is correct. please tell me if you find more. jazakallah khairan!

  • Wow seems everyone is here after Mufti Menk. But I bought this reciter’s CD in 2014 at a local Masjid and played it everyday In my car. I memorized the suratul Isra’ by constantly listening to this particular recitation. I was obsessed. Then I lost the CD and didn’t know his name. Sad. And boom! One day somebody used this sound on Instagram and I checked the name, searched on KZhead and here I am. Was Like I found a long lost treasure.

    • I feel you brother. I have some vivid memories of an audiotape of a particular recitator that I used to listen to when I was a child, but lost it and couldn't find the name. It has been more than 25 years and I still haven't found my lost treasure.

  • I searched for this after mufti menk suggested its been 4/5 months i heard this many times and yesterday i was reading surah isra as normal daily reading Quran as i was reading in the background i could hear idrees abkar SubhanAllah. and i feel if i start memorising this surah it will becoming easier because i heard it few times now may Allah make it easy for us to understand Quran.

  • I searched for Idress Abkar after mufti menk recommended him in one of his lectures I finished listening to. He has a melodious voice indeed but I still prefer Omar Hisham Al-arabi (be heaven)❤️. May we all attain the highest rank in Janna 🙏🏽
