High pressure is nearby, but not perfectly over NZ this week which encourages a few showers about the nation. We have a couple of cold fronts this week but they aren’t very strong, mostly affecting the lower South Island on Tuesday and Friday.

Hawkes bay is a tad dry, in fact its a stressful place to farm at present. My dams will be dry soon and hills look like they should be in a dessert somewhere.
