Respect to all truck drivers out there, this world would probably be in shambles if it wasnt for them.
there's also trains
@@Lycoris275thank God for making the crops first, then the farmers
Not probably, if trucks stop delivering at least one day. it will be total collapse.
Well the world is already in shambles but truck drivers are keeping it stable by many percentages compared to everything else happening
Also plane we use planes aswell not just trucks
As a former truck driver I can say this is 90% accurate, the only thing it's missing is the disrespect from dispatchers.
And from everyone else on the road, including other truck drivers.
I liked most of my dispatch because they helped me a lot dealing and negotiating with asshole brokers , shippers and receivers, lucky me I guess but I hate almost all receivers especially when they take 8 hr to unload 😅
yaaaaaaaaaaa was about to comment on that xD
My dads dispatcher ended up giving him the wrong day to pick up a load so he was late I think
Don't forget all the 4 wheelers cutting us off all day.
I miss my dad watching this video. He started as a truck driver and after 20 years, he started his transit company. I'm really proud of him.
Respect to your father

Wow
As a trucker I love how accurate this is. From the tug test, to the hours of service, to the lack of parking at rest areas, to the waiting forever for shippers to be done loading. This is great.
Believe me man there are people out there that know what you guys have to deal with and thank God above for what you guys do everyday. It's appreciated. Stay safe out there.
I would be able to tolerate everything else. But not finding a spot at a rest area?
As a truck driver, I feel Wojak's pain
Lmao. Do you know any guys that try to smudge the in and out times to score some detention? I always get some truckers that do it every year lol
Been a 2nd hand before with trucks, seat feels brilliant and views, that's what makes the job constantly interesting, just need to be careful with deadlines.
I dont even drive a truck and feel his pain
I'm trying to get my trucking license do you think its worth it or do you regret doing so? 😂
Hahahah
People like this deserve nothing but respect.
My uncle made GOOD money doing this he had a nice home and had like video games galore dude was living pretty well 😅

It’s their job.
@@Hwgt888 And we're extremely grateful for them. That can't be said for a large majority of careers.
@ItsChrisFtw without welders you wouldn't have a truck, without mechanics you wouldn't have a truck, without engineers you wouldn't have a truck, without farmers or companys organizing these things to be delivered you wouldn't need your truck. I can go on and on everyone has a part and if 1 of these things I listed didn't exist the world would be in shambles.
@@thenamesjohny1490 Bro you listed 5 jobs...wtf are you talking about. I want you to stop and use your brain for just half a second. Now tell me again how if social media influencers, paparazzi journalists, 90% of the positions in HR, 90% of the positions in finance, middleman managers, and 99% of the positions in the entertainment industry didn't exist, the world would be in shambles?? LOL. The notion of bullshit jobs is quite popular, you can find many viral videos on KZhead in the search bar about it. There's even been books written on the subject. Go read Bullshit Jobs by David Graeber. It goes way deeper.
@@thenamesjohny1490Have you ever noticed how petty you are?
I felt this deep in my soul. The pre trip inspection done while just staring at the truck without actually checking anything is so real.
Unrealistic because wozack walked into the warehouse and actually found a smart employee right away and everyone actually knew their jobs and answered phones. and whats a pretrip? lol
Came here to say this lol
Lmao accurate
I always pee before starting up. Pretty sure that's what they were talking about.
And what's a shower?
something you get after buying 50 gallons of fuel lol@@HeyItsJonny
I'm a driver and everything is so accurate. All he missed was dispatch giving you the wrong pickup number and dodging your calls, the load being overweight and having to tell them to pull some stuff off, forcing them to rework the paperwork which for some reason takes hours, having to split your 10 hr sleeper in two parts which fucks your sleep schedule.
Sounds stressful ; hpoe your paid well!
Being the main pallet dispatcher in a busy warehouse, I often talk to the drivers. I have a lot of respect for those people for all the shit they have to go through. I always try to load the pallets with care and consideration so that they don't have any problems with that at least.
Don't forget the euro cabover😂
Truck drivers get paid extremely well
@mackeejack6731 extremely well is a relative phrase. And truck drivers span different industries, different competency levels, some drive their own equipment, some unload their own trucks, some haul dangerous chemicals and have to be up to date on every federal law and safety procedure pertaining to the chemical. Some just want to drive and nothing else. My point is that truck drivers span the gamut of pay rates. Some are overworked and under payed. Some are payed well and work 60 to 70 hours a week, every week. If you live in your truck, it's not just a job, it's a lifestyle. One thing it isn't, It isn't sun shine and lollipops, I'll tell you that much.
I'm a forklift operator at a fulfillment warehouse. I interact a lot of these guys every day when I'm loading and unloading their trailers. Despite being run off their feet they're always super cool guys for the most part. Nothing but respect for these fellas.
Yeah man, because of how much we get taken advantage of and disrespected it's best for our day and health we show respect to everyone we can.
Stop spreading rumors
I'm a forklift operator in Italy. I can say the same. Even conditions looks better that in the US.
This hits harder when you’re in your sleeper trying to get sleep but can’t.
Wojak is such a talented person who can work all types of jobs.

You dont need talent to became truck driver, all you really need is just lack of self esteem

I work as IT in a large distribution warehouse, the drivers are great. Your job is important and you are valuable to our modern existence. I always thank them for their work, and if you are reading this THANK YOU
Kudos to all the truck drivers out there who picked up hitchhikers at some point in their lifetime. I can’t even remember how many of them drove me somewhere around the world. I think the longest one was that Mapuche driver who picked me up at the outskirts of La Serena and he dropped me off nearby Antofagasta in Chile. I have so many memories with truck drivers. Ive been a trucker for 5 years so heres my advice: stop and get up often , walk when you can (even if from your truck to a 711) , make healthy meal preps , hit the gym everyday your not on the road.
I was only able to maintain a normal weight by eating once a day when I was a trucker. Sitting on your ass is an easy ticket to become obese and sloppy.
I really think this man is highlighting the very important roles played by the people who we, do not care about. The world would break down without delivery drivers, minimum wage workers and the most importantly truck drivers. Their hardships throughout the world are relatively unknown and most of the population takes them for granted. We should really appreciate the hard work they do and all the mental and physical abuse they put themselves through, just so we people can have soda made in another state. His channel is enjoyable using Wojak, but also has this high deep meaning.
Supreme facts. It’s called a Satire
I remember back in 2020, Amazon was really pushing ads for truck drivers at the time. I remember contemplating too whether or not I should become one- but after watching a couple of vlogs about trucking I figured it wasn't for me. It was like the military in the sense that you are away from ur family, but now ur even more isolated and alone traveling around the country. From there I just decided to work at the warehouse, but I always respected and appreciated the truck drivers that would come in to drop off their trailers, knowing the difficult yet important role they do for our global supply chain.

As a last mile truck driver from the US, I'd like to give my love appreciation to my fellow truckers over in the UK and the EU. We may be strangers, but we all share a common goal and a way of life, not many want to do. But we do it for the greater good.
Unfortunately the idea of greater good is absolutely false. It is created to keep us in religious obedience to the system.
@kamil113a Yes it is just to keep the movement of goods going with are barely needed tbh.

As a truck driver In the Philippines we usually sleep on the side of the road or sleep in the backbed while my other driver drives the truck and the best way to deliver our cargo faster is to drive all night and take turns driving and use shortcuts and then sleep in morning...but still respect to all drivers out there stay safe
Truckers aren't just haulers of goods, they're guardians of our way of life & guardians of freedom on our highways. They're the backbone of our country
Guardians of freedom on our highways...? fuck out of here buddy it's an important job but jesus lmao
especially the jackknifed vehicles driving through snow storms.
@wll1500 you'd be surprised how fast the first world would collapse if the trucks stopped moving.
@@StarvingShrew there are many professions that would collapse the first world if someone didn't do them. Being a truck driver is a regular ass normal job that lots of barely qualified people do. Logistics is vital to the security of our way of life clearly but I wouldn't go so far to say a trucker is equivalent to a fucking guardian of freedom lmao

Shout out to all the Truck drivers who are working this holiday and being away from their families. I hope ya’ll are safe and Happy New year
Wow, this is so informative and detailed. Definitely makes you appreciate them more.
There are plenty of inconsiderate, bad truck drivers out there, but most are average guys just trying to make good money, get things to people on time and support their families while being on the road away from them sometimes for days on end. We need to appreciate these people a lot more than we do.
Sometimes weeks on end even
I could make a sound case that guys who drive otr should be appreciated a notch below the military. Regardless of why they do. It's a helluva sacrifice for the world to function
Bad truck drivers are very very rare in my experience on the road. Yeah trucks are annoying to overtake but they have to do the speed limit and can't help being big. I appreciate all their hard work!
Months on end...
Thanks to all the truck drivers out there. Y’all are valuable and always will be!
Thanks for the video. It was fun and informative. Got some idea about trucking in general. Keep up the good work!

5:23 yeah ugh..thats a lot of cargo you got there. Better be careful.
Not having a trailer comes with other stability issues .

As a truck driver the inconsistency between the dashboards and the cabs it’s killing me. Also using EU cabovers on US roads. 😂 Otherwise 100% accurate even for EU truckers. 😂
Yeah, I was gonna say, his truck type is definitely an anomaly for US roads. Well, I guess Wojak is European who moved to US for work and prefers his homeland's cab style...
@@stepanstepasha3538 there aren't really any more cabover styles like this in the US xD There's some smaller boxtruck models that are cabover but not trailer-hauling tractors that are cabovers. I think last cabover truck in the US was discontinued back in 2012

I have a lot of respect for all truckers that have to endure this working environment every day. If it wasn't for these guys, and sometimes gals, our shelves would be empty. I empathise with anyone that has to endure long hours, working alone out on the road, having to deal with unpleasant people at almost every turn. My own job is quite similar in a way as I'm also out on the roads on foot, in all weathers, covering large distances and dealing with the general public. Sometimes it can be an extremely bleak and lonely existence, but we still perservere to get the job done. Keep on truckin' 👍
