If 4 minutes is too long for you; thin iPad, new screen, skip M3 go to M4, new pencil, new Magic Keyboard, new 13" iPad Air, front camera changed to side, logic and Final Cut Pro 2 coming to iPad only for now...:)

Well with 250-300 youre gonna have to go the way of buying a used or refurbished iPad. I would say a iPad 9 you could get for that money- but youre not getting any accessories with that.
Maybe a used 10 if you can find it otherwise 9th gen used
