Very true,good. U mean guard rails...they could have saved the guy yes but those involved in ensuring that our roads and highways are in good state are sleeping out there and drawing salaries every end month.

The place need be guarded with rails and a sign some meters away saying danger ahead , am not talking of the small protections on the bridge itself .
