Mark Manson is a blogger, entrepreneur, and world traveler. Since 2007, he’s been consulting with men on their emotional and psychological issues. He’s worked with thousands of men from nine different countries and given talks in over 25 different cities worldwide.

Early Challenge
Mark was 20 when he broke up with a woman who he loved. He fell into a state of hopeless depression and hit a big low point in his life. And as a result, he immersed himself into personal development to grow into the man he wanted to become.
Ah-Hah Moment
Mark started reading books to start developing himself and picked up the book The Game by Neil Strauss. After trial and error Mark got pretty good at meeting and taking women home in a relatively short amount of time to the point where he was coaching other men. Mark quickly realized that the “pick up” lifestyle was lacking a fulfilling and enriching life so Mark transitioned into where he is now with life, manhood and dating advice.

I’ve got to say as a woman, listen to this man. I read his book the subtle art of not giving a fuck. I do not usually read self-help books but I bought it for someone and they didn’t want it. They told me “” you read it”!
You'll stop worrying about what people think of you when you realize how seldom they do.
Man, it’s frustrating when I never get a “hell yes” feeling from the women I’m into. I’m pretty good at accepting and moving on, but it gets discouraging when it happens time and time again

My parents divorced when I was very young, I’ve missed a father figure growing up, I did drugs to numb the pain and fill the void I had inside of me which at the time I wasn’t even aware of. Now these last years of my life I’m slowly discovering who I really am and what I really want of life. The problem I have with the law of hell yes or no is it disregards people who deal with anxiety disorders like OCD that may question everything.

One important thing he doesn't tell in book is how to keep it casual without deceiving women (hard point to his "Honesty" method). On one page he writes that AFTER SEX you decide in which type of relationship you two are: love, fuckbuddies, 1 night stand etc. On the other page he writes that he understands when he wants long term relationship with girl within few minutes talk with her. So natural question: if you're HONEST and after few minutes talk you understand that you only want unexclusive sex from her why don't you tell her?
