  • Pointing body is actually a sign of being interested, not attracted, but it is similiar and ofc if someone is attracted to you does also means is interested. But one can be just interested but without any attraction. Leaning towards someone while laughing means being friendly to that person and also trusting that person. Not necessarily physical attraction, but I do kinda agree about it in the basics - being friendly and trusting someone often corelate with attraction towards that person. Eyes darting / peeking at someone, is usually the the most accurate and significant indicator of pure physical attraction.

  • A really good sign that I never see talked about is when someone maintains eye contact while taking a drink, especially if they are smiling while doing it. You actually see some of this in the video. It shows they are completely engaged and don't want to allow that momentary interruption even though they are literally blocking part of their face. Another one that is blatantly obvious most people miss is when someone tries to isolate you from the group. A lot of times when we are interacting we won't notice subtle, often unintentional, manipulations to get one-on-one time with you. It could be as overt as touching someone's arm or elbow or back to move them away from others or simply leaning a certain way, etc. It is most often realized in retrospect and/or pointed out by an observer, which could be another sign because why are THEY watching you. It is all a massive convoluted dance of human interaction made all the more complicated by romantic inclinations. Unfortunately there are some people out there that will do these things just to get you to engage to make themselves feel better or look better to their friends. I saw this happen a lot working bars for several years across multiple states and yes it also happened to me. Always take these kinds of things with a grain of salt when you're dealing with people who depend on your support, like people in the service industry or salespeople or entertainers or politicians, etc. They are automatically attempting to get you to like them and engage with them for self-preservation.

  • > wants to spend more time with you. > voice tone changes when she talks with you. > likes when you compliment her, isn't afraid of physical contact, through hugs and kisses on the cheek, front and hands. > never let you down, refuse to let you talk bad about yourself. Asks you to "remotive" her too, and hugs/kisses you when you do, so you can build a link of affection. > wants a sit close to you at the dinner table. > isn't afraid to put a hand on your arm or leg, openly or with discretion. > keeps the said hand on your arm/leg for a moment, asking for your reaction. > let you touch her hand in return, play with her palm, caress her skin, and eventually, unites fingers with yours for a few minutes before you signal her that you need your hand back. > looks at you in every occasion, for a moment, smiles brightly, and gives you a compliment. Many times. > give you advices or ask you directly to put something off, or back, because "it makes you more attractive with(out) it." > laughs a lot to all you are saying, agrees with you, asks you to repeat what you already told her lately, so you can have conversation. > eyes are shining. Brightly. Her besty : gives us obvious clues that we both SHOULD go a little bit further. My besty : gives me signs to carry on and go further, such as wide open eyes and thumbs up. > in the end, thanks you for all you did with/for her, acknowledge your qualities (also gives you a list of said qualities), and says she is proud to know you, and eager to know you more in the future. Thank you, girlfriend, for these moments. Those were the best weeks of my life.

  • Just so you guys understand. Body language is not magic, but it is a lot like Occlumency and Legilimency from Harry Potter. If you know what the body language for flirting are, it can also be faked by someone just to pretend that they have a interest in you for whatever reason. They can also learn to be self aware of their body language and mask them before acting in a way. Salespeople, actors and politicians are generally extremely good at this and I'm quite certain they fake it while in public. It really comes down to practice and constant interaction with people, watching their cues, etc.

    @paft@paft2 жыл бұрын
    • Right, I've done it, too. In fact, shaking his hand rather than hugging him. Literally no one, as far as I could ever tell, figured out I had a crush on him, him included. To this day, only two people know, and only because I told them. Not that I never gave a single sign, but someone would have had to have ben deliberately studying me to ever catch it, and it would have still been so vague that they likely wouldn't have gotten it. But typically, if someone is hiding it that much, there's probably a good reason. In my case, it was because he already was courting someone else!

  • I am both a practitioner, and trainer, in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). I have also been trained in Neuro-Subliminal Communication (NSC), which, essentially, focuses on the meaning behind pre-conscious gestures, such as preening, or things like subconsciously swallowing during a negotiation. With all that said, I would like to say that this video is very accurate. The couple of things that I would add , that somewhat complicate matters, are the effect of context and inter-relational dynamics. For example, if a person is in an environment, or in the type of relationship (such as boss/subordinate, or friend/best friend's partner, dynamic), where it could viewed as highly-inappropriate to demonstrate attraction, or where impulses toward attraction need to be suppressed, then one might see a seemingly paradoxical reversal of the behaviors listed in this video. Basically, this means that, depending on the context, if someone seems to go out of their way to suppress these responses, then it might just mean they are attracted to you, but want to hide it, perhaps even from themselves. Still, pre-conscious 'leakage', such as blush responses, eye dilation, etc., are still likely to occur. One just has to employ more acuity in observation.

  • I think all this can happen when a person feels like they are heard and appreciated, especially women. Not necessarily romantic interest, as the disclaimer said. If you truly want to know if someone wants to be romantically involved with you, is to feel see their intent on their behavior. As someone said, you'll feel the heat if there's any as long as you keep a keen sense. If you can't, just ask.

  • Also, if they almost continuously have quick glances at you, even when you don't engage in conversations in a group meeting, then that's 100% it. However, as a guy, you almost certainly won't notice them.
