    • that must be extremely weird. do you want to describe the situation, since we're a bunch of internet strangers who won't be full of Sorry For Your Losses about it? it seems like the people closest to the deceased person usually have basically no one to talk to because everyone's being so careful around them. how old was he? was he married? do you want to say how he died? etc

I didn't do it alone tho... medication settled my mind... my counselor got to the root of my problems and my family and friends carried me through. I still struggle with myself but I have come so far. things get better... we grow and look back at our old self and can feel proud for being strong enough to get through all the shit we were dealt. Hope that answers your question and helps anyone who reads it.

    @isrulius@isrulius7 ай бұрын
    • Hey Bro! I'm close to that age, 45. I feel lucky because, even if later in my life, I learned a little bit about showing love to others, sometimes for nothing in exchange (not everyone smiles back, not everyone is capable of being a good friend). There is a lot of bad out there, but you can be part of that little good that does exist. What you did before defines what you are, but also what you're going to do from now on. I believe in God, so I am also confident that he'll reward our efforts to do good.

  • Sometimes I feel the fear Of uncertainty stinging clear And I can't help but ask myself how much I'll let the fear take the wheel and steer It's driven me before And it seems to have a vague Haunting mass appeal But lately I'm beginning to find that I should be the one behind the wheel Whatever tomorrow brings I'll be there With open arms and open eyes, yeah Whatever tomorrow brings I'll be there I'll be there So if I decide to waiver my chance To be one of the hive Will I choose water over wine And hold my own and drive? It's driven me before And it seems to be the way That everyone else gets around But lately I'm beginning to find that When I drive myself my light is found Whatever tomorrow brings I'll be there With open arms and open eyes, yeah Whatever tomorrow brings I'll be there I'll be there Would you choose water over wine Hold the wheel and drive Whatever tomorrow brings I'll be there With open arms and open eyes, yeah Whatever tomorrow brings I'll be there I'll be there
