  • Freezing somehow passed me by last year but now I'm here after hearing it on his latest album. This song is great and I love both the lyrics and the mysterious instrumentals. SM has much more to offer besides their popular groups and more PinkBloods should be paying attention to Kangta and his fellow senior artists.

  • I appreciate and expect that he tries different genres of music while keeps his own style from his debut 25 years ago and in the future. Performing different genres doesn’t mean that he is solely “following the fashion” or “copying the pop”, but that he is a singer who can produce and perform comprehensive music. Kangta is an amazing vocal, a versatile singer and a kind person💚.

    • @@Boonies 1st Gen soloists such as BoA ans Kang Ta did really well in their prime and are still active even when they are both SM directors. 2nd gen soloists such as Kyuhyun, Ryeowook, Taeyeon, Jonghyun, and Taemin together with 3re gen Baekhyun and Kai are actually doing incredibly well with sales and stats. Baekhyun is even a million seller whilst Kai holds the most number 1s on iTunes. Taemin fills up stadiums. Not everything is about YT views.

    • @@Boonies it may not be a big hit internationally but in Korea it's a huge hit. look at heize, dean. they're not that known internationally. ppl doesn't even know them but they're one of the chart killer in korea and really successful. it's not always about views and international market

  • Kangta's important contribution is to open up the Chinese and Southeast Asian markets, which is one of the most important markets to sm and still supporting the company's annual reporting. He also achieved a lot of great awards in South Korea and other asia countries especially in China. You can almost hear his hit song in every shoppingmall during 2005-2007 in China. I'd like to say that his solo achievement is not only as great as, but beyond his first 5 singer lifes. Kangta become the first artist director in SM in 2004, this fact obviously proofs his succeed and contribute in Kpop history. BTW I’m sure that SMTown will use as ending song as long as Kangta still work in SM.
