  • Hello Sambhavna Ji. As a punjabi, this vlog was worth watching for me. 🌹 Makki da aata is a gluten free variety of flour and doesn't have elasticity like the wheat flour. So it keeps on breaking while we knead or make roti. That's why the roti doesn't come out with really round or nice finish from the edges. So don't worry about it.. We all love & appreciate it whenever you cook. Lots of love from Punjab. ❤

  • Don't you think you have added too much of namak....these vegetables could have been boiled easily without or with just a small pinch....it can be added later...not sure but namak was looking too much..

    • Probably uses low quality salt, hence more is needed. 90% of namak I see is bekar these days.

  • As a fellow Punjabi who does quite a bit of cooking, I definitely approve! Even takes me so many tries to make makki ki roti and I still haven’t perfected it. The saag looks so tasty! I know your career hasn’t turned out the way you wanted it to, but we love you for entertaining us on a daily basis! You’re a natural cook and should definitely cook more often, as you cook with ease and effortlessness🫶🏻

  • Humare punjab mai jab saag bnta hai to pura din saag mai lag jata hai....3 se 4 gnte slow gas per pkaya jata hai...or fir makki ka aata daal ke usko mash kiya jata hai without mixi nd blender....fir tadka lgta hai...or saag ka taste next day khao to or acha ata hai ..or itna soft or natural mithas se bnta hai yumm....aapne b ache se bnaya hai👌👌

  • Use steel cooker instead of aluminium utensils coz its not gud for health secondly namak lakshmi ka roop hota hsi ghar me kabhi khatam nahi hona chahiye always stock me rakhna chahiye 😊

  • Saag tastes better the next day always. If you have leftovers, please add another tadka to it, keep it on low flame for about half n hour and eat again. You won’t regret!

  • saag looks yummy but roti is undercooked.. which is not gd for health too.. pl press n cook on tawa on low flame than final on jali.. so tht it gets crisp from outside but cooked properly inside.. also add a pinch of sugar to makki ka aata which makes it more tasty.. best wishes..

  • Makai di roti n sarson da saag is one of my favourite .. The first one to order at some punjabi dhabha is this dish . Haven’t tried at home hopefully I get all the Saags here. Mind blowing 🎉🎉🎉🎉I always thought it’s very tough n complicated to prepare this but it seems easy will search for the saags n mk for sure . And as such today’s vlog was mind blowing with cute nokjok n hearty appreciation for the efforts Sam has put . Sambhavna as usual effortlessly you put humour n positive vibes in everything . Love you girl. My college days was in Punjab so all the memories rushed in just now. I love Punjabies very good at heart … Palak paneer, sarson da saag, pakoda kadhi, Rajma and dhal makni.. my all time favourite 😋😋😋😋😋🎉🎉❤❤❤❤

  • Hi, I appreciate ur efforts and it's very easy to wash spinach. U just need to put the pot under the strainer in order to float the spinach in water. Then just lift the strainer and repeat the process twice or thrice. All the dirt will be removed. And its not only for spinach u can remove dirt like this from any kind of herbs. I hope it helps. ❤❤❤

  • Meri dadi ne ek trick shikhayi thi shaak dhone ka. Ek bada sa bowl main shaak ko bhigoke rakh doh 15 mint toh jo b dhul hain kuch v hain bowl k niche jam jata hain. Than halke haath se shaak ko uthalo than pani change karke doh baar dhoh doh.. bohot jaldi jo jata hain… kam pani v lagta hain… strainer main time lagta hain dhone main…. Karke dekhna yea trick….
