Alisa Mikhailovna Kujou is Seiren Private Academy’s “solitary princess.” She’s a half-Russian beauty with silver hair, at the top of her class, student council accountant, and…completely unapproachable. For some reason, she’s also taken on the responsibility of reprimanding the slacker who sits next to her in class. Masachika Kuze is constantly frustrating her by falling asleep, forgetting his textbooks, and just being an overall unexemplary student. Or at least, that’s how it looks from the outside. She may put on a tough act, but she doesn’t mind Masachika as much as others would think. She even lets him call her by her nickname, Alya. Anyone hearing the comments she mutters in Russian under her breath might know how she really feels, but since none of her classmates understand the language, she’s free to say whatever she likes! Except…there is one person who knows what she’s saying. Masachika eavesdrops on her embarrassing revelations, pretending to be clueless, all the while wondering what her flirtatious comments actually mean!

  • As a Russian, I say: the voice actor is very good at Russian, although the accent is clearly audible, but this word "Милашка" just melted me. This will be able to unite the three nations a little bit! P.S. for my English friends: Милашка is Cutie.

Also graduating from a school still doesn't guarantee that you speak a language well, also russian is a really hard language to learn for someone who speaks only asian languages!     • @@ColinUniverse All we've seen is the art from the trailer/teaser, not even the finished, final product. It's cool if you'd rather read manga than watch anime in general, but that seems like a very weak reason to not watch the anime, imo. You're free to do whatever, though.

    • Nah, she's more a Tsundere with a heart of gold (and very little Tsun overall) and can't really stand people putting her up on a pedestal for the things she was born with rather than the things she's achieved by her own merit. Which, in a Japanese school where she's the Class Idol by default, means she doesn't talk to people. She's also one of the rare Tsunderes that will go out of their way to apologize when her Tsun moments go at all over the line, and doesn't repeat it once she does.
