It feels good to be giving my body some extra love by doing this 30 day mobility challenge. I have learned that the consistency of doing just 10-20 minutes of mobility each day has lessened my every day aches and pains and has made workouts easier and more beneficial. Thanks Chris. I will not be stopping doing mobility each day after day 30!
